The staff: extremely kind and professional The services, carefully planned and executed

The recent update in the decor didn't quite work completely. I couldn't help thinking the long corridor and red doors in the access to the rooms had a bit of a "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" vibe..it just didn't match the rest of the hotel and not nearly quite the service and professionalism of the staff

Room was clean,very big and comfortable, staff at reception very friendly.

Breakfast could be better. No eggs, sausages, at 9am looked pretty empty everything. Food was just low budget from juices to toast and cheese..For 9€ would except little bit more.. Our room was above restaurant and near to the front of hotel so we heard all noise from restaurant and traffic in front of a hotel...

The hotel room was very nice, clean, and had a lovely view. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to choose from. The only thing missing was a kettle in the room, which would have made the stay even better.

Big clean room with stunning Montserrat view. Parking next to the hotel. Garden, outside swimming pool.

It was almost impossible to open and/or close bathroom door, but we told that in the reception and for sure it was sorted.

The location was absolutely amazing upon a hill with views overlooking Montserrat mountain range. Each room has its own balcony which we found of great benefit to enjoy the morning sunrise. The breakfast was very adequate and tasty with a good range of options.

Some of the carpets were a little worn but this reflects the very reasonable price it costs to stay here.

had a lovely 1-night stay here while hiking the Camino Catalan, gracias! note that other maps may show the address as further up the hill, but it’s literally the big hotel, can’t miss it

We were in a rush and could have just coffee, probably the best one, I've ever tried in Spain! The coffee at the lobby was !!! TOP 100% !!! The area is amazing! Our room had a beautiful view to the garden, pool and mountain Montserrat. After 23:00 it was perfectly quiet.

Reception part, main hall, breakfast room etc are all well designed and pretty. The rooms on the first floor are looking good and are well maintained. If you're lucky you'll get pretty nice view on the Montserrat mountains. The staff is kind and helpful.

The second floor need changes. Big one. The quality is low. And that carpet in the corridor on second floor is just horrible.

The view on the mountains was splendid and the room had everything we needed (TV has access to Netflix). There also was a dinner buffet which was very good.
