We stayed here on our way to Khao Kho in Phetchabun, having previously stayed at Centara Ayutthaya. The location is excellent, with convenient parking. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff are helpful. Overall, Centara Ayutthaya is a safe, modern, and reliable choice for any stay in Ayutthaya.

The breakfast area was uncomfortably cold in the morning—so much so that condensation formed on the windows. Fortunately, when we mentioned this to the staff, they adjusted the temperature. However, having such a freezing environment during breakfast, especially on cloudy and rainy days, is not healthy. Several guests were sneezing and clearly uncomfortable. Additionally, the “plain yoghurt” at breakfast was not plain at all, but rather sweetened and full of sugar. “Plain” should mean unsweetened, natural yoghurt, so both my wife and I were disappointed by this mislabeling. It wasn’t a major issue, but we chose to avoid this unhealthy option.

Very nice hotel, beautiful decor. Rooms very functional. Excellent stay overall. Food at restaurant very good although tiny portions. Central Mall next door with foodcourt and all shops. A reliable upmarket hotel chain as usual.

Parking lot a little hard to access so if you forget anything in the car you need to walk a few min out of the hotel and into the large parking lot of Central Mall. The hotel restaurant was excellent, although served the tiniest portion of spaghetti ever seen haha but good taste. We were invited to go to the restaurant at ground floor for a a welcome drink by staff at reception but although we asked it was never brought.

Everything...we had an executive suite, the upgrade was a few pounds extra. OMG - simply stunning. It felt like a brand new room, The sheer size, bath and separate shower, little dining area. Dressing room. Floor to ceiling views to die for. Lovely roof top pool and gym. We were a little out of town but the hotel was fabulous - so who cares and we had a shopping mall next door with everything we could want/need. So the fact it might cost an extra £l in a tuk tuk was not an issue. Everything was shiny and new. Also at weekends there is an outdoor food court/stalls and beer stalls with music, which we enjoyed the first night we got there, that was a real bonus. (Part of the mall)

Nothing I could think of, little busy at breakfast so would suggest getting up a little earlier to beat the rush, which we did on the last couple of days. Everyone heading out at the same time on trips is the main cause. So it can't be helped.

Great location not to far from the center of Ayutthaya. Nice shopping mall next door for all your needs. Check in was easy and efficient and staff where very friendly and professional. F&B staff were very accommodating P Tuk the F&B manager and P May the executive Chef went out of their way to provided Gluten Free Bread and Brownies for my mother who is a celiac, thank you for the effort. Rooms were large and very comfortable, buffet breakfast was great. We will be back for sure.

Housekeeping could be improved we requested an additional towel and duvet and initially where questioned via housekeeping staff why we needed additional linen??? Room also wasn’t supplied with amenities had to ask for additional complimentary water and coffee, toilet paper etc, not sure what the issue was with supplying us with daily complimentary amenities but hope it improves. Once requested we were provided with the items, also room cleaning was half completed as too service glasses and coffee cups left uncleaned or taken away?

be aware - rather a bit outside of city center (appr. 6km) - so you need really a taxi. on the first night we were told at reception that there is no food at the roof top - so we ate in restaurant at the bottom with a rather average menu-card (too much international food). Next day we found out that you the roof top bar has also a restaurant with a very nice menu - we had a lovely dinner at the 20th floor.

We chose the right hotel for our weekend break. We love this place and would definitely come back again. - The location is perfect. The road was not so busy, and the hotel is just right next to Central Department store. - No loud noise during night time. - All amenities were provided and everything was working very fine. Hot water was stable, and bathtub was so relaxing - The room was very neat and clean. Room layout was perfect and the big window in the sitting area is a thing we loved most! - There were free parking spaces for hotel guests but note that they were shared with department store lots - Hotel staffs are super friendly and willing to assist us whatever we needed - Buffet breakfast is totally exceeding our expectation. There are many varieties for you to choose, rice, noodles, salad, toast,etc.

We arrived at 3pm which is the exact check-in time but we had to wait for more than 30 mins to get our room. For Centara brand, we expected you to do better. Another thing that I want the hotel to improve is the elevator. Only 2 elevators are not enough for all guests. There is a traffic during breakfast hours and check-in period.

Staff was kindly and professional while the structure was absolutely new and with all the services needed. We booked a king side bedroom and it was really amazing. Ample spaces and additional conforts like a big bathroom and a sofa near the window. Nice rooftoop with swimmingpool and lounge bar.

Lunch is offered in form of ‘all you can eat’ brunch whitout chance to access to the hotel’s restaurant service that’s opened only for dinner. That’s a pity being the quality of the a-la-charte restaurant is very good. I would suggest to introduce something more focused on European/occidental breakfast with additional choices of jam, cereals and croissant/cakes.

Nice, clean room with wide open views and very little, if any, traffic noise. Staff were efficient Close to shopping mall if you need anything

Disappointing breakfast. The toaster was burning the bread even on a low setting. The milk for coffee was not particularly clean, there was nowhere to sit so we had to go outside but there were no fans and staff didn't have the initiative to see us out there in the burning sun and do anything about it. We were given a disabled access room without being informed beforehand, they look like hospital rooms. No shaded area at the pool.

Just great comfort, luxurious room. I loved staying there and relaxing after Bangkok. A cab ride away from the sites. We only stayed one night after taking the night train to the north. The city itself doesn't have much to offer, so for us it was great to have a very modern mall next door to the hotel, with a great indoor food market even with Michelin notice. And nice shops and activities for our five year old. We visited several times.

Standard hotel in newly commercial establishment. New New New! Not in the middle of the ancient city, but nothing to complain if you need a night in comfy room at Bangkok standards. Other boutique hotels in town could not provide the same cleanliness, comfort and standard facilities. Spacious covered parking area with EV Tesla super fast charge. If you stay in boutique hotels your super car would be covered with leaves and dust. Connected to the large department store/ mall was a plus.

Not in the middle of the ancient city. The morning breakfast was not good and long queue. Better not to get the breakfast and try Summer Cafe in the lobby, their bagels and pastry were better. You may get wet if it is raining while you walk from the parking to lobby, the path was not covered.
