The staff are always very nice. The restaurant is good for breakfast. They have a buffet, but ordering from the menu is better, I think. AC worked well. Bed was comfortable. It's located directly behind the shopping and restaurants in the center of ixtapa. You can easily walk there.

I didn't like the "RENAJU" that I paid with the bill. The staff couldn't explain the charge other than it was exchange rates. I paid in Mexican currency so there should not have been any exchange???

Restaurant service was a little slower than past years, but they were trying. Price increases were a little more than expected in past years, but understandable.

It was right by everything and made it so easy to walk everywhere! it was very well kept always super clean and had amazing stuff!

The only thing at all that I could complain about was the bed. It was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on but my fiancé loves a hard bed and he thought it was perfect.

Pool could have been cleaner Pool bar not open Buffet food looked unappetising, so I didn't eat there. The hotel room had no hair dryer, the tv remote didn't work, and WiFi wasn't good, no iron and board, plus they charged for the coffee!!! They did then provide me with a hair dryer and tv remote when I complained

Breakfast was good, but expensive

The property was beautiful and clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We liked the size of the pool and the food at the restaurant.

We didn’t find a room service menu in the room.

NO Fridge. No english menue in restaurant .
