Friendly staff! The hotel is outdated, but staff is doing the best with what they have to work with. Quiet area out of the traffic area. It was very cold outside, and our room was big and warm.

The bed was lumpy and needed more pillows. Breakfast was only waffles and cold cereal, and needed a few more options (some fresh fruit, cereal bars...ect, cheap options).

I like the fact that they did not charge us extra for our pet. That is excellent for a place that says they accept pets. The staff has been amazing and helpful every time I needed something they were there. The rooms were clean and roomy. The only downside was that the electrical outlets in the lamps didn't work. Which made charging our phones a little bit harder and having them next to the bed. Other than that everything was fantastic.

Our room was clean and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable with good quality sheets. The property is a bit worn, but for the price, no complaints. The breakfast was pretty minimalist—enough to get some caffeine in our veins and some filler in our stomachs, but no more. Some of the reviews complained that this hotel was in a sketchy area, but that's ridiculous. This hotel is surrounded by a J.C. Penney's, a Dillard's outlet, and a PetSmart. The location isn't trendy, but it was certainly convenient and felt safe to us.

Head guy from Hawaiian he was really cool. I'd sit down and talk with him again any time. Real damn good guy

I was alone in room, but friends in another room. We had to check out around 5:30am and breakfast not served yet.

I booked room for only one person, myself, and reservation kept saying two people and I ask front desk and they said it didn't matter on price. And had to go to front desk twice cause A/C wouldn't come on. They finally came and found unit was unplugged but cord wrapped up under unit, so everything was fine then.

Breakfast could have been better. Even it's just offering bacon, eggs, and toast. And the pillows could be better.

The space of the room was above and beyond expectations. And the breakfast was good!

It was really good for the entire stay.

For the $54 paid the place was clean. Not only clean it was quiet. The room was much more than what I expected.

The parking lot could be paved. Did not notice snack machine but started looking a little late.

Our stay here was excellent, close to great restaurants and easy access to the highway. I'll be staying here again.

Vacation was over, had to go back home.

Good location, friendly staff, I hope the swimming pool is open soon, rooms always clean, could use some updating, easy access to highway and airport. Thanx
