The hotel offers pleasant, quiet accommodation. The surprise upon arrival was the upgrade of the room to a larger one. The room was spacious, the cleanliness was excellent, the bathroom with a bathtub was also very clean and spacious., The staff at the reception was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was sufficiently varied, very tasty and the service was very kind.

Their rooms were clean and well kept. Their staff were friendly and helpful. Their mini bar in the room was promptly stock back. The environment was quiet and ideal for relaxation. I cannot wait to visit them again when next I am in Milan.

English TV channels were very few if at all there was any.

Very nice hotel, that I choose because close to the factory where I had to work. The hotel is modern and clean, the staff very kind and available. Breakfast perfect, large selection and very nice room with perfect service. I strongly recommend this hotel, also for its very good ratio price-service.

It is a hotel in an external part of the city, but this can be an advantage if you just travel through Milan or want an easily accessible hotel. The hotel was good and clean. Parking is possible in front of the hotel in a private area.

The room is not that big, but at least the price is affordable.

Interior was nice and up to date. High tech. Claudia was the best memories of the hotel. She was patience and easy to talk to. Was very knowledgeable about the local area and offered to make reservations. Pure delight. The lady in charge of the breakfast was attentive and quick to help. The breakfast was awesome.

Very nice and quiet place in a small provincial city. Perfect food, very clean, good Wi-Fi, 20 minutes by car from Saronno station - easy to get to Como, the direction where I travelled. Not too close to Malpensa, but not too far altogether.

I stayed 2 days instead of 1, and I didn't actually like that I couldn't stay 1 more day.

We have enjoyed stayed at this hotel. A bit from city center on Milan but if you rent a car it is alright. Has parking the hotel which is great. The staff is very polite and helpfull. And the rooms were nice and cleaned! The breakfast also with good options.

Very nice staff on check in and check out, and it was different persons. A fridge on the room. Nice breakfast for the price of the accomodation. Free parking space for the car.

Nothing nearby to go on foot. The insonorization between rooms should be better.
