First Time here but very satisfying. Clean Room, Beautiful View on the Lake, very nice and friendly, helpful Staff. Big Room and Kitchen, big Fridge, Balcony and Pool. Tomorrow we try the Breakfast. I'm sure it's perfect too. It's a shared Environment with the Park Hotel from the same Owner. Parking is great too and everything looks well maintained. We been so far in the last few years in 384 Hotel around the World. This Hotel feels very well and cosy. We will come again. By the way, we stay also in Korat at many different Hotel bevor. Everything was good

I booked this hotel because it is directly across the road from Bung Ta Lua Park. It also provides access to a swimming pool and a reasonable breakfast. The staff were very good and assisted with headache tablets and taxi. Overall a pleasant stay.

The swimming pool and restaurant appear to be in separate properties but still accessible once you know where to go. The air con had been left in a strange mode so took a while to get going. On one day the TV lost reception completely. These problems would have been minor if the telephone worked but it was plagued by static which compounded the language barrier. Most of the gates to the park are locked sometimes which necessitates walking quite some way to the main gates using a tiny footpath encumbered by trees. The bed was very hard but I slept okay. The hotel is away from the main town and supermarkets are not close by.

The rooms were enormous and very comfortable and the bathroom well appointed with shower and bath. The view from the balcony was lovely (overlooking a picturesque lake). I always enjoy a morning swim and the outdoor pool was excellent, the staff at the pool extremely welcoming.

There was no furniture on the balcony and we had to carry out (quite heavy) chairs from the room.A

The Resort is situated near to a beautiful park with the possibilities for 👟 or 🚲 or take a small 🚣, moved by your own 🦵 The breakfast had been the same every day, but very 🤗 with 6 warm soups and 🍳🥞🍉🍅🍞🍲🍛🍜🍚🥛☕. The staff at reception, breakfast room and for 🧹 room had been very 🤗😄 friendly and helpful. The room had been very 🫧 and the air condition 🌬️ and the big cooler worked properly and quiet. The 🛌 allowed to relax very well. The view from the room on 🎚️ 7 over the park had been very 👍, especially when I enjoyed my first ☕ in the morning. I also enjoyed the 🛀 in the evening. The water in pool had been clear and didn't smell for chlorine.

There had been only one guy from the staff at the swimming pool, who didn't do his job well. The first afternoon he told me that the towels are off and he didn't move his body. On the third day he didn't want give me new fresh towels in the afternoon again. The helpful lady from reception brought me new towels and talked with him. After this he every time starred 😡 to me, when hey passed me. Very uncomfortable. There is no safe in the room.

A big hotel with nice lobby and facilities. It's uniquely located near a big lake, away from city center traffic and noise. A spacious guestroom on high floor with lake view is good. Breakfast is many-sided and the hotel also offers a complimentary swimming pool.

Dinner options are very limited. Dinner is not served by the hotel and there are very few restaurants and other services within walking distance from the hotel.

Location was good, beautiful lake view. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable with a good choice.

Pool was covered with shades and was freezing cold to the point we could not use it! 15 minute walk to nearest convenience store. A bit too far from any life without having transport.

Kwanruen is a lovely resort, this is my second visit and would come back again. The hotel is well staffed and has everything needed for a stay. The pool is lovely and there is a lake opposite.

The beds are a little on the firm side.

Large comfortable room with good kitchen facilries. Great view overlooking nearby park. Enjoyable breakfast at good value. Large swimming pool is well maintained with friendly staff.

The steps up to the reception area - but can use the lift up from the lower level.

Everything was wonderful. The rooms were huge and well equipped with large fridge and kitchen sink. We really loved the beautiful lake right across the road for peace and quiet, walking and cycling. The best coffee shop we have ever been to was practically next door and several other local eateries nearby. The quiet location away from the hectic city centre was great. There is plenty of parking if you have your own transport but Grab is a good alternative if you don’t.

Clean and quiet, rooms space is large, location is superb, near to downtown and adjacent to the water park, the jogging lover will love this place.

The only weak point of this resort is age of building, but the resort quite well maintaining and the cleanliness is good.
