The place is near the Yamo Market (2 min on foot) and "The Mall" (10 min on foot). You can get all you needed, without a vehicle BUT you shouldn't "Only camels and white poeple walk in the sun" ;). No permanently loud bars or annoying streetsounds. If you have an own car or motorbike you can use the parkinglot infront of the hotel. The breakfast is thai typical. Well made with love, nothing to complain. Sometimes they had little specials always worth trying. The staff is lovely and speaks english very well, no problems to communicate, every time willing to help.

No knives in the rooms kitchen :D But you could ask for one. :)

Value for money. Had a penthouse suite. Breakfast more Thai than western. Which makes sense, as virtually no western tourists are about. Bristo 8 at the hotel is a brilliant restaurant. Again excellent value, western food very very tasty there.

Everything as advertised, if you want a gym or a pool, it's not for you. There on business so l wasn't needing those things. Location is excellent. Thanks for the stay.

It´s a very recommendable place to stay in Korat and located in the city centre, a few lanes off a main road. Our room was spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The strong shower deserves a special mentioning. The bar & restaurant in an extra buildung on the compound should be a "must", with its excellent cooking (thai-japanese-european fusion), very good wines and draft beers from all around the world, and high quality live music. Here the very skilled and well trained staff members from kitchen to service deserve praise. You can save money with staying at this inexpensive hotel and spend it in the bar and restaurant.

For us there´s no reason to complain about anything.

Big modern room, almost like new. Big shower Air conditioner Microwave oven Staff were friendly 3 different brands of convenience store around the corner. The breakfast was the highlight. If you stay here, get the breakfast option.

I couldn't check in early. Even though an electric jug was provided, you had to pay extra for the coffee from the mini bar and it was not to my liking. I bought some coffee from 7-11.

From the parking attendant to reception team everyone was excellent. my apartment was of good size and had a balcony too. one huge bonus was this establishment had laundry service as well. I will definitely stay again at this location. Thank you very much.

only thing missing was a secure safe box. I am sure they don’t cost much and hopefully they will take note and provide each room with a digital safety box.

Check-in was very easy and assigned parking was spacious. The staff was professional, kind, courteous, and went about and beyond to accomodate us during our two day Thai New Year holiday. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The air conditioning was cold and the hot shower and bath tube was an added benefit. The view from the balcony was wonderful. Thank you for everything. For the price and location its about what you’d expect. Its above average in cleanliness and comfort for the fact it is outside of a major capital. For 1-2 nights it a fantastic modern find and breather away from the more rustic stays…

- Big room and small air conditioner , it gets there, just takes a bit. - Needs more pillows. (Probably could have asked for more) - Couldn’t figure out the microwave ( this ones on me)

The front desk staff was so helpful and value for the hotel was great we will for sure to recommend.

Hot water in the shower never got hot enough but I like hot so it maybe me?

TGrand Ever is situated close to the Nakhon Ratchasima Train Station 🚉, Bus Terminal 1 and Terminal 21. All can be done within walking distances. However, it’s a little far to Bus Terminal 2, but still you can still walk if you like walking. Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat) is a great town to visit. Grandever Condotel 9 is one of the many new guest houses, hostels, or do-it-yourself hotels that's doing well in Thailand. My private room is spacious, there's a pantry, a great bathroom with all the amenities, and a great veranda. The staff will daily come in and do the cleaning, and also top up your bathroom and fridge anenities. Yes, there's a fridge with soft drinks, beer, and munchies. Really great.

Not sure why there were power cuts. The staff informed that when there's a lightning storm, the power will cut for safety. That I understand. However, on my first afternoon, there was a power cut and it was bright and sunny. Not sure the Northeast (Isaan, famously labelled) have problems with electricity or the Condotel's electrical supply was unstable.

Fantastic staff and great value. Breakfast is something which I didn't enjoy but that's ok
