I appreciate the hotel's location. They were able to accommodate our pet. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. We arrived a little early and the hotel was able to accommodate and provide our rooms.

They placed us on the west end of the wing which was a little noisy. I have stayed on the other end of the wing previously and did not notice the road noise. Also, I was unable to purchase bottled water onsite. No vending machines and the small store at front had limited items for purchase.

The room was very clean. The a/c unit was good not noisy and room stayed comfortably temp. Bathroom was very clean.

My entry door did not lock correctly nor did it have security latch. Half of latch was mounted on wall but no secure on door. When I left the room door would not securely close and lock behind me. I had to slam door shut several times to get it to lock.

Nice clean & quiet room. Location was great! Hotel is close to Restaurants & Gas Stations (made it easier to get gas & get back on the road the next morning).

Nothing, very comfortable stay on our road trip. Will stay there again on my next trip.

Porcia was very helpful via phone as was the gentleman who assisted us at front desk. They both made sure my parents were taken care of during their stay

I didn’t like the shortage of towels like the staff were towel police. That I had to ask for the linen for the pull out couch, most facilities they are already in a bag in the room. The small hygiene items.

Served On-Time & Hot! Not Fantastic Variety..But Does Include Eggs/Starch & Protein w/ Cereals & Fresh Fruit! Bacon Every-Other Day Would Be Nice! On Deck - 24/7 Coffee Varietals Is A Plus! Staff (Mitsey) Is Very Helpful & Friendly!

Check-In / Check-Out Staff Seem Unhappy w/ Their Work..No Expression..No Emotion..Rarely Smile! Everytime I Stay Here! Not Exactly People-Persons! Ryan(General-Manager) Has Always Been Helpful..Cordial & Friendly!

The breakfast was skimpy,not what I expected from this motel. Staff was very attentive to our requests.

The television is WAY to small for the distance from the bed to the TV. Hard to see and could not hear very well due to the distance.

Very clean, nice breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful.

AC was out in hallways I think. There was a loud fan blowing 24/7 in hallways. Cleaning Staff very loud in the hallways early in the morning. Talking loud etc.

Location, front desk staff was friendly, good housekeeping.

Bedside lamp didn't work, maintenance didn't fix during my 4 day stay.

Room was clean and fresh smelling. breakfast was good with a few choices. Housekeeping was daily.

The pools and exercise rooms were closed. On our last day the door key did not work, the battery on the door had gone out. We had to sit in the hallway for 20 minutes before someone would come and replace the battery.
