Location, right in the middle of Cavtat, good quality fixtures and fittings in apartment

50 steps upto the front door, not good if you have cases or struggle with steps and also parking in Cavtat is horrendous, also please note to get parking at 30 euros a day you have to buy a pass and have prooof of where you are staying otherwise it's 4 euro per hour! No one on reception when we arrived so we had to help ourselves to room pass card which was on the reception desk. Also worth noting no view at all from the bottom two apartments with the hot tubs just walls all round - disappointing.

The apartment had a clean modern finish with plenty of storage and was very clean. The bathroom was lovely great water pressure. Plenty of towels had been left. The view from the balcony was stunning. The cleaning staff and the lady who checked us in were very helpful. The shared area was clean and welcoming. The location was central to the restaurants and only a short walk from the local supermarket and beaches.

We had not been advised that there was going to be major building work along the marina outside the apartment. The description said to go up 2 steps to collect key (which was actually 2 flights of stairs) before another flight of stairs up to our apartment block and another flight of stairs to our apartment. It seemed very unusual that no bottled water was left for us on arrival, especially after all of the steps!!

We had a great stay at Casa Antika Suites. The apartments were beautiful, well thought out and finished to an exceptionally high standard. The location is perfect in the centre of Cavtat, a simple series of steps from the promenade in a beautiful building. Excellent value for money, we booked two apartments for our family. The views from the balcony were just breathtaking. I would most definitely book again, the apartments are even better than the photographs show. We were met by Nora who was warm, friendly and gave us lots of helpful tips to enjoy Cavtat and the surrounding area.

Couldn’t get a better location. Modern and clean interior with a spacious balcony with a beautiful view. The stairs up to the apartments are no where near as bad as other reviews suggest there is only about 20-30 steps. The host is very helpful and quick in response, on our second day we forgot to take a key out and the host came within 10 minutes to get us a new one at 11pm on a Sunday with no issues.

Everything was excellent-location, amenities, furnishings and balcony with view. We especially appreciated the size of the room, the bedroom was large, having a full size living room with a balcony was perfect. It’s is very clean and modern without losing the historic feeling. During our three weeks of travel (thus far) it was my favorite property we stayed in. They even accommodated our request to check in early.

Nice location and apartement, big balcony in the second floor. Comfortable bed, nice furniture, general appearance modern and clean. Beautiful nature and the sea near, also beaches.

There was only one duvet cover for two person in a bed. Had to ask another one and the host informed that I should’ve ask before hand (?). Got it finally, but felt confused. There were small ants every where, in the kitchen, toilet and even in my suicase, when we arrived home.

Breakfast was not included. Kitchen and fridge were in the room and the apartment was right beside a range of cafe and restaurants. Location was on the seafront. It was like being in a James Bond movie with all of the boats in the water. I actually got mistaken for Daniel Craig coming up out of the water 💦 several times.

The weather was too warm for me ... I love the Irish weather.... But I swam a lot. :) to stay cool.

The property has an excellent location in a more quiet beach town. It has an excellent view of the bay / beach and enough space for a family. The suites are very clean

The only inconvenience is you need to be aware of 5-10 flights of stairs depending where your room is located. This is a little difficult if you are traveling with large luggage since there is nobody to help you. Also they should improve the pillows.

Waking up to the view from the balcony is one of the best aspects of this very well-appointed, modern and comfortable apartment. Yet even though it has all the modern amenities, it retains remnant attributes of a classic Dalmatian building, owing partly to the steps and the stone work on the wall (or rather, the stone walls which suggest the renovation of an older building). This suite met all our expectations (there were three of us, including our teenage daughter who loved the space and found the pull out couch more than comfortable). We appreciated its elevation but also the fact that there weren't too many steps (I'd say around 30-40 all told. I forgot to count). AC in each room helped keep everyone comfortable. Note, as mentioned in the description, you can't get to the property with a car. But I believe that the owners can arrange transport that gets you closer to the building than you could with your own car. Note also that by renting this space you get a reduced parking rate at the public lot. We spend 40 euros for two days of parking, which is much less than the 3 euro an hour rate that you pay without renting an apartment.

For a two-day trip like we had, the kitchenette was more than sufficient and very well-stocked. However, if you plan on cooking it might be two small of a workspace. Also, the coffee machine did not work. (Note to owners: please check it out. It appears to leak on one side). That's not affecting my review as I tend to drink most of my coffee in the numerous cafes.
