Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean rooms. There is an actual dog walking area and it's huge, that in itself has me sold. If I'm ever in Jackson again, this is where I'll stay to be sure.

Quiet. Good amount of towels. Spacious. Fridge and appliances worked well. Hot tub worked well.

I rented room, wife was there first to check in. Trip was planned as a bit of a romantic getaway. Upon checking in, wife got up too room to find a dirty/clogged toilet with previous guests waste still in toilet. Tried to call downstairs, but phone didn’t work.Went downstairs and was handed a plunger by man working front desk. For a romantic getaway, the last thing I wanted her to half to do was unclog a dirty toilet left by a previous guest and not cleaned by cleaning crew, causing her to seriously doubt how well the entire room was cleaned if something as obvious as the toilet was missed.

It was really quiet the first night. Monday during the day was kinda loud as they had tree removal going on. So people were on the roof and throwing things down. It was going on all day long. My only other complaint was the shower was creaky. Besides that it was great!!

staff was vey friendly. Very clean rooms. In my opinion the breakfast offering could be upgraded, More granola, less plastic ware etc.

The facility was ok. Nothing fancy but ok.

Didn’t like that there was not an elevator or a pool.

The Rooms are great and its cleanly but much bleach and way to many people. Weather is Bipolar here in Michigan and wanna take my immediate family to a nice place and get some sunshine

motel pillows are so uncomfortable! the king bed we were in rolled to the middle! I would also recommend that ALL rooms have bars for disabled people in the tubs and bathrooms as my wife is an amputee

The beds and pillows were soft.

The breakfast. It was the same every day. And the times were not long enough.
