The management was courteous and friendly and eager to help. Genuinely interested in us. The housekeeping staff was eager to help us with extra towels without hesitation. We did not have breakfast there but the coffee was good and plentiful. It was quiet at night and we never had a worry about anything.

The only thing is we just happened to have a room that had a plumbing issue. We did not call management because we could take care of it on our own. We could see how maybe a guest staying in that room might not be as cool about it so when we filled out a survey and left it, we did mention the issue. We thought it was totally minor.

Loved the location and the staff are absolutely amazing . Bed is extremely comfortable!! Great little hotel for the price. This is our 2nd year staying here for vacation and we absolutely loved it . They were able to accommodate us staying in the same room we did last year, which was amazing !! Front desk staff are very welcoming and we’re always ready to help ! Thank you !!! We will be back next year !!

We had a few minor issues with our stay, but still really enjoyed our 9 day stay here!!! (Hair in tub drain, ac/heat filter needs cleaned, dog hair in top bedding blanket , outdated pillows ) BUT STILL AND AMAZING HOTEL, WILL BE BACK AGAIN NEXT YEAR !!!

The room was clean, it was the perfect accommodation for the Nordic Fire Festival we attended as it was in walking distance. I loved that there was breakfast in the morning. They had coffee, tea, juices, bagels and a waffle maker, fruit and and the staff was very friendly.

The only thing that could be improved was to maybe put a thinner curtain in front of our window in addition to the thick one. We were on the first floor and if the curtains were open, everyone can look inside, especially at night. Also, I know that this can't be helped but we did hear some dogs barking at night, but that can be expected when they allow dogs (that didn't bother us much though).

Staff was extremely friendly. The parking lot is large and very convenient and being clear of stragglers made us feel even safer. The hotel was very clean and welcoming.

I didn't like that there were no elevators. So having to carry luggage up and down a flight of stairs wasn't favorable. Also it didn't have an iron or ironing board but it was a very nice and clean hotel.

Price was outstanding compared to other location.Breakfast was small but nice addition to stay. Located right off highway, 30 minute drive to Michigan State.Staff super friendly & accommodating. Very clean,quiet & comfortable. Huge back parking lot for trailered vehicles & semi parking

Clean, smelled nice. Conveniently located. Nice to have frig and microwave in room and 24 hour coffee in the lobby.

Nothing. There were some noisy guests with children up very late and very early yelling in the hall, but that’s not the hotels fault.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable, courteous staff who always fills our needs! Good selection of continental breakfast and great coffee!

Just wish breakfast was served a little later than 9 am, but other than that, it is always a nice stay for us.

Hotel was very well located just off the highway but it was very quiet! The room was clean and well cared for. Staff was informative and helpful for everything we needed. Certainly will stay again if in the neighborhood.

The staff was super friendly and the facility was clean. It is very basic, but comfortable. Our objective was to attend a music festival nearby and this was the perfect location as we were able to walk.

The staff is very accommodating and very friendly! Having a refrigerator and microwave. I'll stay here again.

Nothing to do with the hotel but had a dog in the next room that was very unhappy because their owners left him alone for a couple of hours and wouldn't quit barking.
