The beds were very comfortable, the staff all kind and friendly. The room is a nice size and hotel a good proximity to all.

I don't think they finished cleaning our room completely before giving it to us. Previous guests dirty towels were under the sink and nothing was replenished. This was a huge turnoff in the confidence of cleanliness. We had to go downstairs to get our own towels, and then back down to get the sheets for the couch bed when we realized there were none. The only downfall to the location is a lot of homeless people hang out directly in front/ behind the hotel, and that made us uncomfortable (and sad) running to and from the car for things (begging for $)

My second stay here. Central location is convenient to all the places I visited during my stay. Janice at the front desk was especially helpful in welcoming us, informing us about the property and amenities, recommending restaurants and more. She was wonderful. Housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive. We felt well looked after.

We needed more electrical outlets in the room. Not enough and not well placed. That’s really the only improvement I can think of.

Clean, updated and convenient location to walk to local restaurants in a group.

I didn’t enjoy the amount of people living on the sidewalk in front of the building and lining the sidewalks of the buildings. If I was traveling alone I definitely would not have walked around at night by myself, being with a small group we had no issues while walking back from bar

Rooms big and nice. Very clean hotel. First time after change 6 hotel in USA we have got not plastic folks and plates on breakfasts. Stuff is miracle. Boss of the hotel - you have the best people. Gym - the biggest seen.

The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating to our family. We needed a connecting room and they made it happen for us. We will definitely stay again!

It would have been nice if the hotel had a pool but it’s not a deal breaker.

The location was very convenient to activities and restaurants. The rooms were new construction with very large showers, clean room, hide-a-bed, and great views of downtown! There is even a Meijers Market next door if you need traveling supplies or food.

The hotel does not supply breakfast, there isn’t a pool, and the parking is hard to figure out. However, there is not a lack of parking spaces available.

Location is great. It was near our daughter’s apartment. Hotel is very clean for the most part. Staff are great!

The carpet in the room could use a good cleaning. My feet were dirty from walking around the room.

This was such a perfect stay for our family and moving our daughter to MSU. The staff was accommodating and the ax were large enough for our family of 5 and all my daughter’s college move in items!
