The breakfast was okay but the eggs were quite watery. It was better than a breakfast of sweet rolls and coffee.

When I got home I have discovered I am being charged $50 more than what shows on my reservation and on my recepit from the hotel. There is no explanation for this. I have emailed [email protected]

Love the proximity to campus. Breakfast is great and starts your day off right. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Our first stay was last summer. This was our 4th - it's become our go to choice in East Lansing. Go Green 💚

Room was just ok, could have been cleaner and didn't smell very good. Beds were not comfortable- Price was expensive, for this caliber of hotel, but guessing it was because of MSU graduation.

friendly counter staff. blonde woman with an accent was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. a warm sincere welcome. the BREAKfast was the best I’ve seen so far at a hotel in Lansing, and I’ve stayed at several. VERY clean. good fresh and large variety. the woman working in the breakfast area greeted me helped me and was happy to offer help and give receive ideas with the waffle maker. Mixed Heath bar crumbles into the waffle mix and made waffle. it was excellent. the room was very clean. bed spread comfortable and and mattress comfy. walking distance from Applebees meijer and Kroger will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was great. The staff member/Host continued to restock all items and make certain we were all happy with our meals.

Only thing I would have changed was bed. We had 2 queen beds. One was noisy and mattress was uncomfortable. We switched to other bed and that was better.

We had a difficult road trip up to my alma mater, MSU. But even though we got in at 2 in the morning, Patricia who was on duty was so gracious and welcoming! She noticed I was on crutches, and before we could even ask, she upgraded us to an accessible room, which also was perfect for having 3 kids, including a 1 year old. The breakfast had tons of options (chocolate waffles!) The pool was warm and had pool noodles for the kids. With a serious leg injury, sleeping could have been difficult, but I fell asleep quickly and comfortably in the bed. And even the housekeeping staff was friendly and engaging with my kids. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nothing. Everything was great. Even though we were near the entrance, the noise level was always low and my toddler was able to easily take her nap and go to bed at night.

Everything is comfortable and the employees are so nice. The breakfast is awesome. Close to campus and next to a Meijer if you forget anything. Reasonably priced

The breakfast attendant, Sunday morning, was very helpful to everyone, kind and interactive with all the guests. As far as the staff I encountered, she shined out!

I couldn’t figure out how to let the bathroom lights on but I knew from checkin that there was “something “ different with them. She talked very fast, was young and probably just needs a little more experience in guest interactions. However; I could have asked her to repeat herself but I did not. I finally figured it out in time to take our showers in the next morning.

Cleanliness of our room and hotel, Beds, Breakfast, staff, especially the black gentlemen managing the breakfast area. He was an exceptional staff member who we witness go the extra mile multiple times while we sat and ate breakfast. He especially made us feel welcomed and cared for.

We would have liked a hot tub. Would be nice to have a hotel shuttle if we didn't want to drive somewhere local in our car. It would be nice if there was just a little more room from the bed to the desk, you can barely move away from the desk without hitting the bed and it is difficult for someone to walk behind the desk chair if someone is sitting in it or it is pulled away from the desk. It would be nice to have a happy hour in the dining room with snacks or pizza in the evening.

the breakfast was excellent,the addition of donuts would be great-when your out of town it's nice to splurge on calories. Our room was clean and nice.

The beds were horrible,very firm. We stayed at a less desirable hotel the week before and even they had better mattresses. People congregating in the pool area all evening Saturday was a a disappointing(nobody was swimming-just hogging all the tables and loungers)which made us unable to use the pool area(they were eating and drinking by the pool((clearly stated on the pool rules;that was not allowed))Staff should have escorted them to the nice lobby area with seating.
