The breakfast was gone fast. I couldn’t get a coffee, orange juice or milk for my son. No water was provided just a offer for us to check out early. No further accommodations were made. Constantly had to look for staff at the front desk. It was a ghost town a lot of the time.

Great Location. Close to great restaurants and shopping. The hotel is very clean and well furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.

The shower had very strong water pressure and was uncomfortable to use. The sofa in the room was uncomfortable to sit on.

The room, i think it was an upgrade, was super spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping staff were friendly in helping me find my room. The room was very clean.

On my housekeeping day, the empty tissue box was not replaced and there was no extra TP roll left, just the roll on the holder.

We checked in after midnight and the girls at the check in area were so sweet, professional, and accommodating. We felt very welcomed. Our room was ready and perfect for our stay! It is only about MSU campus which was the reason for our visit (parents weekend)!

We liked everything. It is not super fancy but it is nice and clean and affordable!!

Staff was the best part of the stay. Very helpful and accommodating. Young man at counter deserving of recognition. His customer service was outstanding!

It was a nice place to stay they promised us a balconey room, but when we checked in, there was a wedding, and they didn't have what was promised ,but the room was fine. Would recommend this hotel

I liked how close it was to amenities, staff was super nice.

I didn’t like how the building wasn’t kept up on the inside like the wallpaper looked like it was peeling off, the pool looked dirty, and there was no free breakfast.
