It was fine. Standard fare for "free" breakfast. Convenient location for Lansing/airport area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

The room wasn't really stocked with necessary items. Only one soap so had to share between shower and sink which is in another room. Toilet paper almost depleted. Coffee maker wasn't stocked very well. The sheets had several wear spots. We would have asked for all of these supplies but our trip was very short and we had to leave early.

The breakfast was pretty good. The TV in our room was a big TV for the size of the room. Anytime we seen a staff member they were cheerful and smiling.

The water in the shower was not very warm in the mornings but super hot in the evenings. The pool temperature was not the same each day. We didn't get our room turned down at all in the 3 days of our stay. No fresh towels unless we went and got them for ourselves.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the bed was so comfortable, and the breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast we've ever had!

The foot stool in our room had some stains on it. We understand you are near the college and probably have a large student clientele. It was definitely not a deal breaker. The price was a little high, but it was during the MSU vs. U of M game weekend, so we understand. .

The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was excellent. Pool was nice and the lounge provided a nice place to sit and play cards.

Closing the bathroom door was hard, had to straddle the toilet. Loved the navy blue walls in our room but they show a ton of dust. Advertised sauna was shut down when COVID happened and was never reopened.

Quiet location just out of town with restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.

Our bathroom door was a little unlevel so we had to lift it up to shut it.. that was the only problem with the room but it was manageable.

Upon check in, my son needed a very important document printed. They were so helpful and understanding and assisted us in using their computer in the lobby. once in our room, the beds were very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms had been updated and were very clean. nice comfortable room overall. Pretty standard continental breakfast, so no complaints there either. would stay there again.

Nothing stands out.

the price point was great, room was clean, breakfast was decent, and pool was clean.

some areas of the hotel had a funky smell and the pool water was chilly in comparison to other hotels but neither of those things were so bad that it was a problem.

The location is great for us. It’s a lovely hotel. We slept well. The bed was very comfortable.

A few things needed attention like a broken bathroom door and a stain on the drapes. We didn’t find the chairs to be comfortable.

Good location. Clean room.

We did not like the strong smell of Marijuana at the entrance and in the lobby.

the property was clean and allowed for early check in! the breakfast was a simple hot breakfast that had waffles, cereal, burritos etc! the pool was clean and not overly chlorinated.

to be honest we plan to stay again next softball tournament so anything I “didn’t like” was small enough that it didn’t deter me from rebooking
