The room was fantastic and the service by Angela was amazing!! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for hosting people. The breakfast was a nice touch and it was wonderful having laundry services on the premises.

The bath tub was incredibly slippery when you took a shower. There were not enough towel bars to hang wet towels.

The room was very clean. The pool area was clean. The room was nice. All in all, it was a good experience.

The view wasn't the greatest. Noise above us...maybe kids jumping and running? The breakfast could have been better; nothing like the picture on your website. You were on the expensive side.

We booked a king suite with a pull out couch for 3 adults and a 15 year-old, since it was a room offered for 4 people. The couch was more of a love seat, so only one person could realistically fit on the pull-out. The property had no other rooms available, nor any roll-away or cot, so my 15 year-old slept on the floor. However, the property DID give us a discount on our room for the night which we felt was satisfactory. We just want to warn anyone from booking this room for 4 people, as it is offered as such.
