This hotel suite was really nice and it’s great for families

I was double charged I paid prior with booking.com and when I arrived to the hotel I paid again plus my deposit. I called customer service and they spoke with a nice lady at the front desk provided her the information but that still was no help. So i had to contact booking again and they said the hotel shouldn’t charge me but the hotel said they had to have a card on file it was just a mess but my stay was good. Booking.com will have to pay me back the hotel said so i will just let my bank handle this. But this hotel was great.

Location was great for the night. Nice and quiet and restaurants within walking distance. Appreciated the larger fridge in the kitchenette very much to store our food in for the night and to refreeze our ice packs for the journey forward. Breakfast was decent esp the spinach quiche. A nice variety of teas. Comfy bed and pillows. The extra room a suite affords is great.

The exterior of the hotel is poorly lit. We went out for dinner to a nearby plaza and when we walked back we completely passed the hotel because there was no outside lighting. We ended up at the neighbouring hotel extremely confused.

My son attends a special needs music camp every year on Lansing and this hotel has been a gift to our family. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the property is so quiet and wheelchair accessible. My only comment would be to add muffins to the breakfast bar. Lol.

Everything was perfect

Location was good for my purposes. Room was clean and staff was great.

Curtain was ripped and no action was taken in the 3 days I was there. No service on Sunday. Breakfast could have been later, like until 10.

The woman who worked the breakfast was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She deserves a raise!

WiFi was spotty and kept going out.

the bed was TERRIBLE! My husband and I both felt like we were being tugged into the middle all night long. my back was killing me!

Great place to stay. However I will request a suite on third floor to avoid noise.

Air Conditioning not working proper, and upstairs from heavy walking and noise. We had a work crew staying above us

The facility was extremely clean. We enjoyed that there was no need for shower supplies as there was plenty for everyone. The room was huge!

There was nothing we didn’t like. everything was perfect.

There weren't any pillows for tye pull out couch and only a thin flece blanket that had brown stains all over it. Also, there was a half eaten pint of ice cream in our freezer that was NOT ours.
