Immediately felt very safe staying at the location. With the parking lot being connected, key cards for elevator access the security checking everyone in I had no troubles sleeping at night. Hannah at the front desk was wonderful and kept the best attitude every time we saw her! Free parking too!

I was told after my stay that there were fridges that could be delivered and that was a bit of a bummer but everything else was great!

It was incredible! The lobby and bar were absolutely beautiful! The manager at the front desk was so cheerful friendly and personable! He took the time to talk about why we were in town offered us a map and was such a great manager!

Nothing! The shower was beautiful glass doors that slide open like barn doors it was so clean as a cleaning business owner I was so impressed at how clean it is!

We took communicating rooms: a Double Queen beds and a King bed. Nice rooms, good beds. Great location for the Hotel, right in the heart of the city. I liked the gym facilities: more than adequate compared to others. The bar is very charming, boasting a modern, open aesthetic, and the restaurant (along with the room service) is efficient and comprehensive, albeit slightly expensive. The staff is highly professional, very kind, and responds promptly. Housekeeping was great. Overall, a really great experience.

A couple of minor issues - if you're sensitive to the noise from air conditioning, be aware that when it kicks in, it sounds like an airplane passing by. Also, noise in the corridors can sometimes be bothersome, but this is fairly common with most hotels.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel and my room were very clean. The comfort of the bed was wonderful!! We were close to the pool and I never heard any noises in my room.

The elevator was broken for part of the stay with no signs saying it was out of order. My main complaint was the 13.00/day parking and 12/day WiFi fees that were not disclosed when booking. I would just raise the cost of stay for parking and offer free WiFi like every other hotel I have ever stayed at does.

Need a refrigerator in each room! A microwave would be nice too. Stayed in a two "queen bed" room and there's NO chance those are queen size beds. They are more of a size between a full and a twin-size bed.

The location is amazing. The gentleman who checked me in was extremely nice and helpful. He gave me amazing customer service! I believe his name was either John or Jef. My son and I stayed there for a soccer camp at MSU.

The elevator situation was terrible. The hotel was packed for and trying to get an elevator to leave was impossible. The elevators aren't that big and after waiting 15 minutes and seeing two full elevators pass us by, my son and I decided to take the stairs. Luckily we were only 3 floors up.

Great location near MSU campus & easy to walk to many restaurants. The check-in team was very friendly & patient as they could not find the Booking.com reservation but made it work anyway & then contacted Booking.com (and actually told me they were impressed with the Booking.com team also.

No complimentary breakfast & I was so busy with wedding reception setup & tear down, I did not get to fully enjoy my brief stay.

Did not have breakfast. Traveled for graduation ceremonies. It was a great location. Easy access to campus and area restaurants. Convenient parking. Good value for money.

Amenities were great and in good working condition. The room was clean and exceeded our needs. Staff was super friendly, helpful, and informative about the area.

Marriott is always trustworthy and a safe bet for business travel. The room was comfortable and large, with wonderfully working AC. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were okay- a little soft for my liking (I had to use them from both beds!) but that is of course personal preference. Very easy parking with in and out privileges. Downtown EL is a completely different place than it was when I went to college here. Many more non-student adult things to do- great coffee shops, bars, and new restaurants!
