The room was larger than I expected (2 Room King Suite), and the staff was very professional and accommodating to my inquiries and needs. Mary at the main desk was especially friendly, and I enjoyed interacting with her. The Location was great with good restaurants, stores, and points of interest/activities nearby.

During my stay, it rained on the last day, and something (maybe the outside rain gutter) was causing a rattling noise in the bedroom. I had a white noise generator with me, so that was able to mitigate the issue.

Red Roof inn West comfortable It had a regular size fridge, microwave and a stove top for cooking, but no pots and pans. The bed was comfortable.  Front desk was courteous and friendly. It was a standard hotel and at a good price. It was pet friendly but some don't know how to pick up after their pets so you have to watch where your step.

Quirks: As for the shower...you remember the Olympics? While taking a shower you had to stand in the bath tub like you were on a 4inch beam! It is sloped in the center so much you could not stand comfortably. It would have been better if they didn't have a makeshift bath then ub and just have a walk in shower...not happy with that feature at all! Next time if I remember I'd  probably steer away from staying there just because of the shower pan...  I don't know if every room has it but was not comfortable trying to take a shower even though the shower pressure was great! It also doesn't offer breakfast, howerer there are enough fast foods close by. Oh and no elevator...

This hotel is located in a great spot and I felt very safe with the area. There are plenty of places around to get gas, food, and other incidentals. The room itself is very clean. Kudos to the cleaning staff! Plenty of room as the room is very big. And I like having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. I didn’t use the microwave, but I could have if I wanted to pop some popcorn at night! They also have washer and dryers at the end of the hall where you could wash your clothes if you were staying here longer. Not a lot of interaction with the rest of the staff, but everybody seems to be nice.

Despite my room being very clean every time we walked in, we got a little smell of something either coming from the hall or at the doorway. It doesn’t linger, but I think the hall carpet could be cleaner. I think the room walls are a bit thin so you can hear others sometimes but again I think those people are kind of noisy!

The cost of our room was nice, the staff was accommodating, and the location was great for where we needed access to food, grocery, and the trap shooting event.

Our first room we were assigned reeked of smoke, and my son has asthma. It was unbearable. They have a pool and fire pit seating area on premises but not usable. These amenities would be great perks for a longer stay like we had. (They didn't advertise having a pool).

we had a nice two queen bed suite. Dog friendly. Close to the tennis facility we were there for a tournament. Very nice staff. Specifically, manager Danielle was exceptional. We had to leave a day early due to a medical issue. My husband was having and she took care of us by calling the third-party vendor Booking.com and refunding our last night stay. Wonderful.

In the bathroom, the towel rack fell off within about an hour of check-in. So we didn’t have a place to put our towels in the bathroom. Was hoping we could have one day room cleaning.

The staff was so friendly and kept working with us when we kept having to extend our stay due to our work schedule always changing. We absolutely loved our stay. It was such a great location to the place we had to work and the staff was so helpful and nice. If we are ever out that way again we definitely will be staying there again! 2 thumbs up.

Location was perfect. We were in town for a weekend long tournament. Quick 10 minute drive to the Hope Sports Complex. Nearby various restaurants and gas stations. Seemed like a quiet area. Bed was extremely comfortable and our room was spotless. 100% would stay here again. It's not a high end fancy place, but it's a great place if you are just looking for a no frills and inexpensive stay.

The location accommodated my special request and communicated their decision timely. Check-in was seamless. I was greeted warmly and left with no doubts that I'd made a great decision on lodging at the last minute.

This is a small thing, but a vending machine that takes digital payments would be nice. It is not a complaint, just a suggestion.

One dryer was out and it was an inconvenience to do your laundry when other people wouldn't take their stuff out of the only available dryer

It was super close to my meeting at MPHI, within easy walking distance. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing fancy here. No coffee in the room, no ironing board, small tv.
