The room space was designed to perfectly provide for all your needs in its design. Our view from the first floor room was the woods!!! yay!

ALL rooms in the hotel were listed as "pet friendly" and we did not realize this. The breakfast options were many but of poor quality. The yogurt served was almost out of date. The waffles had clumps of sugar in them as if the batter was not stirred properly. The omelets were cold and browned. The bagels were too hard to chew. The cereal was generic served in containers and noted no brand or ingredients. Many items at the in-house snack store were out of date (as pointed out by my husband to the staff ) and had to be removed from the store.

The staff are always friendly, very helpful, accommodating and professional. The breakfast included is such a bonus!! Parking is included and free.

The train runs nearby (that’s an East Lansing not a hotel thing) maybe not great at first for light a sleeper but I still choose to stay at the Residence Inn for all other reasons.

Love this location for all things MSU! The free parking is wonderful and the staff is very friendly and the suites feel like a full apartment.

A couple of the fixtures in the bathroom need replacement, but they are not unclean or unsafe, so not a big deal!

I love this place! it is very conveniently located near campus, but not on campus. it has always been quiet and very clean. The staff is super helpful with directions and suggestions for restaurants.

My one complaint, is trivial, but I forgot my lotion this trip and there was none in the room. I probably should have called the front desk!

The room has all the basics to spend some days or even weeks. The cleaning service is good and, besides, there is a gym and a swimming pool.

Mattress could be more firm.

Good size rooms. Close to some good restaurants with early and late service.

There wasn’t a safe box in the room. The complementary Breakfast is very bad. Second day we had breakfast in a different place

Parking was terrible. It was very crowded with cars and no visible availability. You literally had to wait for a car to leave to park.

Very clean and comfortable home away from home. Great place to stay moving my student into MSU! Free parking is so helpful!
