The room was comfortable and already cooled. It was clean and plenty of space

The check in took too long. The kid went somewhere while in the middle of checking me in and then was taking multiple phone calls and booking others. Then came back and started with someone else again. I had early check in of 2pm and I waited 25 minutes to be checked in making it 250pm. Just disappointed.

Quiet yet convenient area. Easy drive to MSU without being in the middle of it all. Free parking is always good. The breakfast had a nice variety of options. Really comfortable beds! Very friendly staff.

The hotel is newer so a lot of sound carries and echoes. There was a very annoying drip in the shower so we let them know for maintenance to look at and hopefully fix for the next guest. I agree with previous reviews that having the sink area right next to the bed makes it difficult for one person to get ready and allow the other to rest.

Location - away from highway so very quiet. Staff was very friendly. Close to restaurants and stores.

Breakfast could have been a lot better. Omelettes were cold and had just been put out. No waffles. Very little to pick from relative to all the other hotels I’ve stayed at for 20+ yrs. Also,the hallway floor was very dirty but rest of hotel was very clean.

Everything was perfect, room size was great, full size fridge and fully stocked kitchenette was awesome, bed was comfortable, rooms were quiet, location was perfect for me, staff were friendly, gym was updated and had a decent variety, breakfasts were good. I could not have asked for a better stay!

no housekeeping service, garbage bags outside many room doors and laying at garbage can at elevators. This started Friday afternoon when we arrived and continued through Sunday morning when we left.

Floors needed vacuumed in the hallway. Elevators were dirty and the floors in the elevator were also filthy. My biggest concern was the big rust spot in the pool on the step. Also, there were only two towels left in the pool area that we used.

Surprised that the room was over $250+ for single - I somehow got booked into an 'executive suite' that I didn't order and paid for it anyway, I guess. I should have spoken up to the desk staff. For that much, I should have a comp bottle of wine and a jacuzzi!

The location, staff and comfort are excellent. I liked the kitchen and home away from home feel.

The breakfast was basic, medium continental. Could have enjoyed more hot foods, an omelette bar, for instance.

The suite was spacious and comfortable Very good breakfast included. It is located near shopping

There were some noisy guests in the hallway but thankfully not too late

Breakfast was fine. Happy to see non dairy milk! Staff encountered were great.

Beds a little uncomfortable and no where to hang wash cloths in restroom
