Location was great. Near lots of amenities- fast food, groceries, restaurants, parks. Very clean and spacious lobby. Breakfast was delicious and had many options. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. It was quiet. Nice fitness area. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Pool was kind of small and the laundry was often being used as there is only one washer/dryer and an employee does her laundry there. One night the hall smelled like marijuana. They would only provide two towels when they cleaned our room though there were four of us in the room.

The room was nice, pillows were comfortable, plenty of channels for a family. The room was clean as was all of the hotel. Breakfast was good there was something for everyone. Family had a great time and will come back.

The pool never had towels, the rooms are less than insulated so we heard everything in the room next to us and the hall and people were partying in the hall and in their rooms until really late. The bathroom shower curtain had a decent size rip in it.

We stayed here twice on our extended trip as this was such a nice place and a good deal. We had two rooms both times and everything was clean and spacious. Great breakfast.

I completely understand the hotel and its employees have no control over the weather, however, based on the terrible storms that passed through Michigan on Thursday evening into Friday morning, the staff could have been diligent on checking on the guests in the hotel. The hotel lost complete electric power. I was on the 4th floor. Not once did anyone come by to check on me or assist me in checking out of my room. I was checking out on Friday morning & had to walk down four floors in the dark with several bags of luggage. When I arrived at the lobby all of the employees were sitting at tables with their own battery-operated lights. When I expressed my concerns with the staff on duty, their response was that I was overwhelming them (not their exact words and somewhat it was unprofessional).

good location breakfast was good- lots of options staff was friendly and helpful pool area was clean and nice- lots of towels available provided extra linens and rollaway bed as requested plenty of lobby space to hang out in

Not to lock the rooms right at check out time- I was loading the car up and the door locked not allowing me to get back in to get the last suitcase however, a woman was cleaning down the hall and was friendly and let me back into the room

Clean and spacious and quiet. Excellent location, easy to get to with access to restaurants and stores. I was very pleased with the room, it was immaculately clean and comfortable.

Had trouble with the tv freezing up. They had to replace the cable box twice. But they were prompt about taking care of it.

Few minor items like pool being out of towels and the pancake machine stopped working during breakfast. The breakfast sausage looked gross too. Sink didn’t drain fully

The location is perfect for the meeting I attended and is near quite a few restaurants and quick eats within walking distance. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The free breakfast was great - kudos to the team in charge of the preparation.

Everything was very clean

I stayed 1 night on the 14th and im still waiting for my $50 card hold to be returned to my card

Although daily breakfast is included , unfortunately it was not the greatest … watered eggs, sausage patty’s floating in water , and the bacon was super greasy. The pancake maker was a nice change from the usual waffles.
