I was conducting research/interviews in the area for a little over a week, and this was the perfect home base during my stay. I was upgraded to a suite, which was probably more space than I needed! But it the room/building were very well maintained. The staff were fantastic - very friendly, helpful. There were lots of nice onsite resources given my longer stay - laundry machines, materials for cooking, etc. Would definitely go again.

It was a little far away from other things - grocery stores, restaurants, etc. They have a small shop in the lobby, but it's limited. I had a car, so this wasn't a problem, but it's worth knowing in advance that you definitely need a car to get around.

The staff members were very friendly. The laundry facility was excellent, top of the line large washers. We enjoyed the gym too. Parking was good and the general area was quiet and felt safe.

We had a 23-day stay. Housekeeping service was provided every 11th day and we got ours on the 12th day. Eleven days is much too long especially for a 23-day stay. It was time to pack up and go so we declined the last cleaning. A more customized cleaning should be offered for long stays. There was only one small hook on the wall for towels in the bathroom. No enough for two people. Two or more hooks on the wall and or door should be installed.

The room was welcoming and comfortable and the staff were really friendly! It was the night of our wedding and we had to get up early to catch our train. The staff made checking in fast and hassle free while being friendly and informative about membership bonuses. Morning staff were also kind and seemed upbeat making it a nice start to the day!

The fan in the bathroom sounded a little rough but it was hard to tell if it was the fan or the rain echoing

Service was exceptional. I was in town for a work event and couldn't check in until late. The person working front desk that night let me have a later check out because she knew I wasn't going to be able to check in until after 12am. My night was great, I slept well, and the late check out was appreciated.

I understand most hotels have deposits, but this one didn't have that information listed anywhere. I always read through the fine print on booking before I actually book, so I'm not met with any surprises. She apologized for the inconvenience-but had I known prior to check in, I would have better been prepared.

First of all, the place was in a safe location, it was clean, it was comfortable. I had all I needed: comfy bed, hot shower, adjustable thermostat, free wi-fi. The staff I encountered was nice. There was free coffee, which tasted quite good for someone used to expresso. They had a nice "convenience" store well stocked. I would recommend and I'll definitely stay again.

NOTHING. There was nothing not to like. I read a review complaining about it being old because it had phone jacks and a vcr. Why would you complain about that? There are phones, so they are connected via phone jacks. There's a vcr that is also a dvd player. What is wrong with that? The tv had directTV and was modern. There were plenty of outlets for your "new" and "fancy" electronics. People are something!

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower hot with great pressure. Pretty setting on a quiet road. The desk was large enough for both my husband and I to have a place for our laptops: an unexpected bonus!

I really liked the staff, they were all very friendly, helpful and nice. They always acknowledged me and made helpful suggestions. They showed they remembered me when we met again later in my stay

We were staying for 2 weeks and thought we would get the room cleaned after the first week. Room cleans are done on the scheduled day following the 9th night. When I queried it they explained this and arranged for my room to be cleaned. Also towels or bedding can be dropped outside the room door to be exchanged for clean ones whenever needed. I did like not having a daily clean as this gave me more privacy. I would have liked the cleaning policy to be more clear at the start of my stay

It was clean and comfortable.

It didn’t serve a continental breakfast and did not have a restaurant in it. Plus, we had to buy a plug for $10 to recharge our phones.

So I came into town extremely late, about 4 in the morning. They still let me check in and get some sleep. On top of that, they let me check out at noon instead of 11 so that I could wake up and take a shower. The staff here really made the stay exceptional.

I just wish there was breakfast.
