Breakfast was tops, the employees were 10/10. The whole hotel was clean and orderly. I will absolutely stay again, but will book directly with the hotel next time.

The hotel did absolutely nothing wrong. Everything about my stay was seamless and breezy. The fault lies with booking.com. Their ad for the room I booked stated it was a King Suite with 1 king, 2 queen beds, and a pull out sofa. The price point was only slightly higher than a double queen with sofa, so I went for it, only to find that my actual suite had ONE King bed and a pull out sofa, which was not enough for the number of guests travelling with me. Thankfully, my mom who was also staying at this hotel, called them directly and booked double queen room, which was HUGE and had enough room for my overflow. The hotel was so accommodating, I will be staying again several times this year and can't wait to come back.

Breakfast was adequate. Location was good for what I was doing.

Had a issue with he TV on the first night that was resolved with a trip to the front desk. Fire alarm/building evacuation on last morning of stay. Not a good way to wake up.

Breakfast was ok, but not excellent. Hotel location good... Not a lot of traffic and sidewalks allow for taking walks in a safe area. Brds are comfortable and staff friendly.

Toilets too low to the ground.

Staff were so polite and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable! I will be staying here again on our next trip to Lansing! Very convenient location as well.

I really loved this hotel modern looking comfy great location next to Eastwood mall . Tanger shopping outlet 30 min away lots of different food in area. food is 5 min walking distance pool was warm breakfast was delicious lots of options and hot food very impressed internet and tv work great very nice room had a cute reading corner

the only thing missing was a hot tub

staff was friendly and very nice place to stay. room was wonderful and comfortable

no ice machine on 3rd floor and listening to one of the cleaning gals Sunday morning yelling and swearing and arguing with someone on her phone with it on speaker phone. very disrespectful and unprofessional to those staying there

We had a late check-in and it went very well. Breakfast was very good and the lady was very nice to visit with and helpful with directions as to where we were headed that day.

I would like it a bit closer to campus but it was graduation weekend. Pleased that there were restaurants close by

My room was right off the lobby and the first night it was very noisy very late at night. I called front desk and he took care of it immediately

Location.. near airport and Subway deli next door. Facilities new and clean.

Not much I didn't like. Only negative thing I can think of was the TV channels were somewhat limited (although adequate).

The staff was wonderful! The facilities were modern and updated. The pillows weren’t too thick. The beds were firm. The shower was full and had lots of hot water. The breakfast was yummy. We came with a large group of teenagers and they were treated with high respect.
