How when they said breakfast would be from 7:00 to 10:00 it was more like 7:00 to 9:30 if they wanted to close down early or started cleaning up that's one thing they should make a statement posted that says last seating at 9:30 not 7:00 to 10:00 because when we get there at 9:30 for breakfast mind you were right across from it our room is right next to it they were taking down breakfast that had hardly anything left it was stupid not worth even going to the breakfast was a major let down

It was actually a very nice property. Well maintained and clean. Located right where we needed it to be. The breakfast was impressive. And the rooms were nice and spacious.

The only negative thing I have to say was that it was 80° in our room. When we asked what was going on and how we could turn the air on, we were told that they don’t turn the air on until mid May and that we should just open the window. So needless to say we didn’t sleep very well because it was uncomfortably warm in our room. I’ve never been to a hotel where they didn’t let you turn on the air and kind of just told us to deal with it.

One of the biggest reasons I selected your hotel was the claim of a great breakfast. To start your day with a good warm meal is always a plus. The breakfast was disappointing.

I could eat breakfast for all meals but the breakfast at your hotel was not very good. It was built up as being great and i was looking forward to it. It was one of the major reasons i booked with your hotel. About the food.......The sausage patties taste good, but the rest needs improvement. Your eggs lack flavor for they taste instant. It would help to not be able to see the frozen bag of eggs being boiled to thaw out when you walk up to the counter. The potatoes every morning were not warm and lack flavor as well. They tasted not fresh. Lastly, I tried one bite of the oatmeal and it was awful.

Large suite. Comfortable clean room and bed. Quiet room on 4th floor. Nice small gym. Great value. Friendly front desk staff. Coffee 24/7

Breakfast. Choice Hotels needs to take note of how Best Western and Holiday Inn do their "hot" breakfast . One morning, they ran out of milk. Really? I think the secret is to get up at 6am and see if they still have any milk or bagels left. Same menu items every day. Very disappointing for a value chain hotel, breakfast included. .

They allow me to check in early I was able to check in at 12:00 they allow pets and the location that I was at I was perfect right by the stairs and then I parked basically right behind my room so I could go in and out without having to go to the front because my dog gets very very excited when he sees people so and it freaks some people out so it was able to avoid people definitely will stay there again

Nothing really The only thing is I had a little like a living room in the front and the bedroom within the back and it'll sliding door in between If I close that door I don't think I think cuz of furnace and AC vent right on the other side I don't think I would really get much air or heat in the other room I'm not sure but I closed it a couple times and I got really really cold and really really hot so

Loved the walk-in shower So vital for seniors or anyone with balance issues. Suggest adding a security bar IN THE SHOWER because of slippery shower floor surface. It’s groved but has a slight slant toward drain and still slippery. If I were assessing for Risk Mgmt, I’d recommend a grab bar inside shower. One negative: NO SAFE

The location of the hotel was phenomenal but I can tell you this I have never stayed in a nicer place. From check in and the clerk at the desk to the room to the fantastic breakfast there needs to be an option on here to give this hotel 10 stars or more. The cook in the breakfast area was beyond anything I have ever encountered He was wonderful and the food was exceptional. Everything about the stay exceeded my expectations 100%. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. And every trip in the future will be spent with an evening at the quality suites hotel, hands down. The nicest place to stay yet.

Nothing everything was lovely and was way above and beyond any other hotel anywhere else in Michigan and I have traveled extensively.

It was late at night and my wife and I were riding motorcycles so we were looking for a convenient place at affordable rate. We were so pleased with the hotel that we tried to stay at quality suites on all the proceeding nights of our vacation. Let me tell you all quality suites are NOT the same, but this one was fantastic.

The staff was so kind and efficient! I’ve stayed in 4 different hotels in this city in the past year and this is the first time I was genuinely and enthusiastically greeted with kindness and a smile, the woman at the front desk is a gift to your company and the world needs more people like her.

The room was a nice size with a living room and separate bedroom. The staff was really nice and friendly. The breakfast staff really nice and served the hot food.

The bathroom seems dated, but ok. Like most hotel breakfasts, it’s difficult to find food options that are not high in carbohydrates or cholesterol.
