A guest loudly complained about the bed bugs in her room as well as showed everyone a few bed bugs that she caught. That didn't make for a comfortable stay.

Honestly I enjoyed my stay! I am Solo traveler girl and for me it is very important to feel safe at night. At this place I felt safe. Workers on a front desk were super friendly, even though I checked in quite late at night - women who worked there was smiling and she looked very nice and kind. Also when I checked out another worker told me compliment and she also looked very friendly and nice. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and looked very clean as well. My room didn’t have any bad smell AT ALL! I overslept breakfast so can’t tell anything about it 🤣 Overall it is a nice place, I paid 70$ per night. For this price that’s a very good hotel.

I don’t have anything that I didn’t like. Maybe pool is not the cleanest. But honestly I never swim in pools in hotels, that’s not the best idea anyway

A hotel with infinitely more character than the usual cookie-cutter blandness you find at every turn-off. The swimming pool was in an atmospheric atrium. This is a place with real charm. The staff was the warmest and kindest - showing their true wonderful heart and abilities during an incident during my stay when a non-verbal 2-year-old was found wandering the hallways in nothing but a diaper, and the staff came together to care for him and find his parents. Also the included breakfast was well above average.

We liked everything, nothing to complain about. A lot of reviews suggest it’s unclean, but really it’s extremely clean, just a bit older so it appears less fresh. But I hope those travellers who know how to appreciate authenticity and historical American architecture will come here and give positive reviews to counteract the negative. I don’t want to see this wonderful place go out of business!

The staff nice

The fact the booking changed the rat from $2 to $129 and blamed the hotel for Booking website. Then lied to me when tried addressing with Booking who never responded to my request for an explanation or refund. I forwarded this to the state attorney general office for investigation.

This older facility was clean, had a great bed and amenities and a very good breakfast except for weak coffee. The value for the cost of the room was great. I would stay here again. Nice pool and hot tub but we did not have time for that.

The whole facility is older and needs upgrading, but if you don't mind that, the price and comfort make it worthwhile for those wanting to save the money without too much compromise.

Room updates have been well done! The beds were so comfortable, didn’t want to get up in the morning.

Really need to consider blankets on beds. Only had sheet and very thin comforter. My daughter went down to front desk for more blankets and they told her they only had one extra. This hotel is absolutely HUGE, and not even close to full, and should have extra blankets!!

The staff is nice and you have a problem they come within the 30 minutes to an hour.

Some of the hallways are very cold. The breakfast room is cold. I don’t know how they expect you to eat when you’re shaking.

It had inside pool, and it was close to food and my family.

The hot tub was not working for second time staying there for that. I canceled another hotel for this and they still did not have it working.

Very soft sheets on a comfy mattress. Nice reading chair and lamp. Quite basic and functional space. The property seems a little run down but also neat and tidy and i felt safe there. Love the chandeliers in the lobby.

The size of the room was nice and everything's clean 👌

I didn't like the fact that I was told I was to pay $191 dollars but when I received my bill it was $241 dollars so I was disappointed with that I feel that I got Cheated by the Ramada Hotel but I plan to Dispute it.
