I thought the breakfast was great. I’m gluten intolerant and I was afraid that there wouldn’t be much that I could eat. And for the most part it would be cold. I checked out the food area after I checked in. I saw a sign that said not to put hard boiled eggs in the microwave and saw small yogurt cups in the cooler. So I figured I would have hard boiled eggs and yogurt in the morning. I was surprised when I woke up that I could smell bacon! I wasn’t expecting to have scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. It was delicious.

I was disappointed that I couldn’t close the drapes completely at night. That bothered me. I also wish that there could have been a gluten free bread choice at breakfast. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast options were fine and met my expectations

The first night was extremely quiet. The second night I could hear the guests next door until 11PM but from then on it was quiet. I had difficulty with the shower the first morning of my two night stay, but the support staff was excellent and came with me to sort it out. The button on the shower head had been pushed and only a dribble of water came out from the shower head. That was corrected and the shower then provided a good water supply. The only other problem was that the support which held the shower head would not stay in place and while fixed once it still slid down and remained at the lowest setting which was below chest height for me, a short person.

Staff were friendly. Room was very clean, including bathroom, sheets, microwave, and refrigerator. It was very quiet during my stay. Hot breakfast was provided. Very competitive rates. I visited during the recent cold snap and found out when I was leaving that my car battery was dead. Owner of hotel was kind enough to give my car a jump. Very grateful for that.

Because of the cold weather, heater was on quite a bit and dried out the air. Became a little dehydrated but I don’t fault the hotel because at least the room temperature was comfortable.

Breakfast was good except one day wasn’t even put out. Location was very convenient. Staff was helpful and was happy that washer and dryer were free to use.

Had to keep getting key re done at desk wouldn’t open doors. Also the need to vacuum the common areas more. Was there a week and someone’s dirt from there work boots was there all week in the hallway and stairs. Figure if you stay a week they would change your sheets at least once.

A very good breakfast, easily accessible, ample. We were surprised how good it was and how easy it was to find a table. Waffles, back and eggs, bagels, great orange juice, and more!

I reserved two rooms, one with king bed and one with two queens. The room with king bed was not available at check-in. Two rooms with queen beds were reserved for me instead. Satisfactory but not what I ordered and was promised.

Good location for what we wanted to be near. Great parking. Breakfast was really good. Chef who handled the food was really nice and quite pleasant.

Our first room was too close to the highway which made it hard to sleep. They moved us to another room which was great.

Comfortable beds, nice clean bathrooms

Staff upon checking. She acted like it was an imposition to get up out of her chair. She was watching something on her laptop and I guess we interrupted her. Didn't mention breakfast times and just handed us the key with as little eye contact as possible. No a good first impression. I was miffed at her lack of professionalism. Other than that it was a nice facility all around.

Hot food for breakfast, check in process, location

Noisy air conditioner, lack of information about key card access only good for one day (didn't work when we return to Motel for 2nd night), low rise toilet hard to use for older people, confusing layout for getting to lobby.

Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options each morning. The location of the hotel made it easy to travel from Lansing to other parts of Michigan. The staff was friendly and polite.

The hotel could use more washing machines and dryers for those who are doing an extended stay there.

I certainly enjoyed the atmosphere of the facility; the continental breakfast that was provided to all guests and the options that were available; also for the room that I stayed in for the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, and that amenities provided

Wish that staff could have been present at the desk upon check-out...I had to just leave my keys on the desk behind the counter/keyboard areas.
