Loved the pool, even though it was smaller it was still very nice!

The bathroom showers needed to be cleaned more or updated as there was mold & mildew growing inside the handles/faucets of the shower/tub as well as along the top rim or edge.

no coffeepot in room. online small container in office with cold nasty coffee. like to get dressed before coming out of room. just inconvenient

The room met all my needs and was the most affordable one in Lansing. The service was good and I felt welcome there. The bed, TV, bathroom, and amenities were satisfactory, so I had a good and restful stay.

It would be great if it was even cheaper. But I guess you could say that about anywhere :-)

The channels the restaurants around the hotel the location the price was reasonable especially for the quality of the room

The fact that I was put in a room in the last building furthest away from the road and businesses & the office. Which was inconvenient because my car broke down 2 hours into checking in so I had to walk if I wanted to go to store or office. I'm am pretty sure there were rooms in the other buildings of the hotel all which were closer to the road and front of the hotel

Close to where I needed to be. And very clean with the staff being very friendly.

no carpet. room was clean when arrived. parking wasn’t an issue. lots of spots to enjoy around the hotel.

Given the weather wasn’t the greatest, outside could have been cleaned up more. restock on doggy bags (all seasons matter). back ground weren’t kept up as nice as front grounds.

I appreciate the staff friendliness & they're very accommodating for guests. IME it's a quick convenient check in + budget friendly.

For the price you can't go wrong & it feels pretty safe/secure.
