Extremely nice and clean. Bistro and bar area very upscale and retro. Nice outside patio with comfortable seating that overlooked the quaint downtown area.

No hair dryer in room. A little strange since almost all hotels supply one now and I did not bring my own . Parking lot and road leading into hotel were extremely rough and full of holes. It was almost like a beautiful hotel was dropped right in the middle of an area just being developed.

False advertising regarding the restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner The breakfast staff member said dinner should have been served. Lunch is not served because of no staff. Your add should reflect what is true so the guests can be prepared to make alternate meal plans

Very good room. We had a nice view of town, large room, two big beds, large bathroom and all the amenities we needed.

Very small details like there was only 1 coffee packet in the room, no tea or much for making a hot drink in the morning. No free WIFI. Breakfast additional cost so we didn’t get that.

Pool was closed. No bar soap in bathroom as they were all out and told us to buy some at store. Restaurant and bar were closed though hours stated they should have been open

Everything was great. Lisa at checkin was excellent in her knowledge and so very kind and comfortable to talk with.

Wish there were mirror in bathroom closer so you could do your makeup. Mirror on door did not have good enough light to stand and do makeup either.

It honestly blew my mind how fancy and luxurious this hotel was. We selected it as we were attending a function in Battle Creek, and it was the best rated and most reasonably priced room in the entire area around Marshall and Battle Creek. The room was spectacular - it was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The had soap, shampoo and conditioner in generous pump bottle. Water pressure was great, shower room was modern and had no door but it did not flood floor at least. There was generous closet space, extra pillow and an iron. Our room had a coffee maker, a kettle, and a fridge, but it did not have a freezer. Wifi was public but was satisfactory, the curtains blocked light effectively and there was no sound even though we were facing the parking lot (though you can hear the trains at night).

Generous soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but only hotel-sized bottle of lotion. We had hoped for complimentary bottled water as there wasn't really any supermarkets nearby, but otherwise, we had a great stay. Fridge did not have a freezer function, but there is ice down the hallway.

I enjoyed the easy check in and large rooms.

Ran out of towels Friday pm(received some Saturday morning). No linens for pull out bed.

The area seemed to be unsafe.

Breakfast was good, a nice change from waffles and such. Had plenty of time to get it before meetings. The gentleman behind the bar was very nice to deal with.

The cost of a bottle of water is a little high.

Big room, beautiful and comfortable reception area.

Food choices were not extensive, and bistro not open until 5.
