Sausage patties were surprisingly good. Breakfast is a little skimpy if one doesn't eat eggs, but that's the same everywhere. The little bottles of milk were wonderful if you don't drink coffee. We liked the warm water in the pool and early opening time. Really appreciated the water station in the breakfast area; filled our water bottles for the day before leaving. Loved the noon checkout; it allowed time for a leisurely breakfast and swim before we had to go.

I'd like to see additional breakfast options, like biscuits and gravy or a breakfast potato to go with the sausage patty. Some kind of sweet bread, donuts or other pastry would be nice; there were some mini muffins or something, but they were too dry and tasteless.

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was also very clean. The beds were comfortable, and we had plenty enough room to move around in the hotel room The staff allowed for a late checkout. The staff was friendly.

The breakfast was average. The staff told us they didn't plan or staff for a booked-out hotel for Faster Horses weekend event, so they were not giving out what they normally offer. It tasted like the quick food tasted like it was just warmed up in the microwave. It was just microwavable eggs, sausage, and small bagels with condiments. They also offered cereal, milk, and juice.

The front desk worker couldn’t figure out why my receipt wasn’t printing, until the manager explained that third party reservations work that way. It seemed to me like something was overlooked in the training program. The result: I had to wait 10 minutes while she figured it out.

They were amazing with situating accommodations while being overbooked. I truly appreciated the hospitality and effort to get us into a room. Very helpful and personable and super clean.

Our room was recently remodeled and it was very comfortable and clean. We could tell it had been recently remodeled such as some paint on the phone, stickers on the shower glass haha, but it was very clean and that shower was amazing! The breakfast was awesome, I loved the waffles and the sausage patties! We enjoy staying with this hotel chain, and will continue to book more stays in the future!

I enjoyed the t.v , room size . The night staff seemed to have the BEST Customer service skills . The Second shift was helpful , but lacked customer service skills.

The light in pool kept falling out inside the pool, seemed to me a bit dangerous, that I had to pull my daughter from the pool.

The room was very clean and nicely appointed. Everything was laid out thoughtfully. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ample, and the area was much cleaner and well kept than most other motels with similar breakfasts.

On first try, the keycard to my room didn't work. Had to go back downstairs to the front desk. A minor inconvenience, but quickly remedied by a very confident staff.

We had a remodeled room. The toilet wasn’t exactly clean but not on any surfaces that would we would be on. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Close to show I was attending. Comfortable bed.

Road construction. Bed was very high off floor causing feet to not reach floor for dressing and putting socks and shoes on. Desk chair provided had a broken arm rest(which I took to the desk). Otherwise a great place once Michigan is finished with the road construction!
