The kids enjoyed the pool, teenagers enjoyed the gym, and I enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room!

The only downside was hearing the teenagers complain that they couldn’t get their PlayStation to connect to the wifi.. went to Meijer next door and bought a LAN cable, and even that wouldn’t connect it to the internet.

The staff was very welcoming and polite. They made sure I had a great room and were prompt to resolve the issue with one of the lamps in my room quickly. I will gladly stay at this location again.

I did not like the fact I had to pay for the room & find out if I wanted breakfast in the morning that I had to pay for it.

we've been staying here for quite a few years, starting to seem a little run down, just little things like carpet in the hallways seem not in good shape. restaurant has never been crowded but the food seems to be very limited and not much to talk about

The staff was AMAZING they were so nice that it made me just want to continue staying and they were super helpful and understanding they were a great group of women and I will definitely have Holiday inn be my main hotel I stay at from now on they were so understanding of my toddlers

Staff was great; plenty of parking; room was comfortable - bed/pillows were comfortable and the heat/ac worked just fine; bathroom was spacious; very conveniently located to shopping.

The bathtub was extremely uncomfortable to take a bath in - the sides there straight up and down with no way to lay back. Only one treadmill in the fitness center.

I booked the room in advance and selected 1 bed but soon realized I would need 2. They were happy to accommodate my needs when I requested a different room. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Only 1 elevator was working. Other then that this place was perfect. Quiet and Clean.

The location of Holiday Inn in Battle Creek Michigan was right in the center of everything you wanted and needed to do and go to in the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I did not care for was the fact that if you wanted to have breakfast you had to pay a good amount for it otherwise you go someplace else to eat.

There was a nice flow to everything. My room was fresh, clean and without any disagreeable odors. Other areas of the hotel were pleasant as well. I was in a handicap room, and the space and helpful handles, etc, we're just right. The TV remote was easy to use.

Ha ing a microwave in my room or nearby would have been so helpful.

Did not get breakfast.

60 watt lightbulbs in the bathroom. Can't see. I was told that was IHG's standard. That is awful. Towel rack was in the shower itself.

Joey and Kim were so very helpful! Loved our Suite!

Breakfast was not really that great. Initial reservation got lost then had trouble rebooking. Had to go through Booking.com to get a room.
