Management and staff are amazing ..they truely care if your visit is good and fun. I have been staying here for years and this crew has made major improvements in the building and room materials. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Aging building is a little dated but improvements are being executed to update design ..progress made every visit

Pet friendly. The rooms are comfortable. The staff was amazing. The courtyard, down right gorgeous!

The tub was peeling paint and the drain was broken. Bathroom was a bit uncomfortable.

Checking was quick and easy. Key worked with no problems. Front desk staff was professional and pleasant.

I booked a handicap room because that was the only option available. The room didn't have a chair and no shower curtain. But these were only minor details.

I liked the staff the most, they helped my father enter his room and the staff carried all of his luggage to his room. The rooms were very clean and the outside of the hotel was beautiful. I loved the fact that I could park right in front of my room.

The hotel was great.

Stayed here repeatedly..service is always great..problems handled past my satisfaction ..I enjoy my stays hereafter

Dated rooms ..some missing paint but very very few complaints actually

Henry the front desk guy was awesome and able to accommodate all my needs. This property has really turned around for the greater good. I was exceptionally surprised by how well put together this property is.

Had a small mix up about what type of room I wanted which I believe is being handled and I will update if it didn't sway in my favor but what happened was I booked for one king bed and 2 queens by accident was told to cancel one and charged for both I'm awaiting the wpoperty manager to refund one of the stays as I was told the suite with 2 queens was unavailable. I ended up with the much cheaper room but I have not received a refund as of yet.

Staff was friendly. It’s a great location for food and the mall. Was also fairly peaceful despite seeing at least half a dozen dogs, was pleasantly surprised and my daughter loved the animals.
