The price was solid, the water pressure could probably take paint off a car (in a good way), and once I took my night meds the musty smell and any paranormal activity faded right into dreamland. The bed was comfortable enough that I didn’t even notice the TV silently judging me when it refused to turn on.

There’s a guy in the parking lot who might be part of the staff, a local, or an NPC from a video game. He circled the building repeatedly, asking “How you doing today?” each time with the exact same tone, as if I just hadn’t yet unlocked the correct side quest dialogue. After about the fifth time I started wondering if I’d woken up in a parallel universe.

Very nice staff. Just making sure I was satisfied with everything.the breakfast was good and hot and a very clean area. Room was a larger room which was nice.

The smell in the room. Im sure its the type of cleaners. I work in a hospital and it just had that same type of interesting smell. Even my husband noticed it. But the room was very clean. The other thing was a dampness felt in the room. It had the old fashion type AC that was nit controlled by the wall but the unit itself. Im.always concerned with that due to legionaries. I have seen in a hospital the fungal pneumonia that comes from AC motel units. Im.sure it was ok but ... Last was I coukd smell people smoking outside. I understand the habit but I thought in michigan we had a si many feet away from the building requirement. I dont smoke. I xan respect their habit ,I just woukd nit like someone smoking outside my rooms window. Thank you.

Very nice staff. Very accommodating. I had to extend my stay two times as my son had been in a terrible vehicle accident and he was still in the hospital.

Out of the almost two weeks there, there were a few nights that other guests were noisy quite late and running in the hallway and the room above mine. The last three nights I was there the hot tub was closed. I missed being able to use it.

The room was very cleanly. Coffee was good. The pool area looked very cool. The location is an excellent place to conduct a dry food drive and possibly collect blankets.

I think someone shit in the hallway. The foul odor was reduced after the cleaning staff went through on day two. The desk chair was a little stiff. Having a companion would have been better.

The room was very clean, the hot tub in our room was really nice and husband and I very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub, it was fun time. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

I didn't like not being notified of $50 damage deposit I had to pay once checking in, up front, while making reservations. Had already paid for room online in advance. So that was confusing since our payment info was already on file, don't see the point in paying the extra.

Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, appreciated having a microwave in the room and free shampoo/body wash/conditioner in bathroom. Breakfast was adequate and included in the price which we appreciated. Pool area looked nice although we didn't use - shame to see spa out of order. Easy driving distance to many restaurants.

Breakfast stopped way too early & most of the evening hours, there was no staff at the desk. Our key didn't work & no one to be found for nearly an hour. When someone did show up, they said I should have called the # taped to the window....but couldn't, my phone was in my room 🙄

I loved the pool and Jacuzzi for my kids,I hate we missed breakfast ,they also had a fitness room that has window for viewing the pool,which is cool to work out while the kiddos play...loved the fact the pool closed at 10pm we arrived from Indiana at 9pm and after settling in decided to go to the pool with like 15 minutes to spare but it was a fun time for the kids and the front desk help was awesome.i asked for extra blankets and the attendant got them right away,any questions I had was answered,and in the morning the next shift was friendly as well.

The check out staff was kinda rude and not helpful. Asked for a check out receipt and he said he couldn’t give me one since I booked with booking.com I have always gotten a receipt at checkout from all the other hotels I have used through booking.com

The staff helped my son and I out because he was performing at a wedding in Marshall,we drove from Roseville Michigan and they had a room ready so we could change and go to the wedding,thank you so much
