It was a very comfy room with a good variety of channels on the TV. The staff were friendly and welcoming when I was checked in and I didn't have to wait long for the check in or check out process. The showers and bathrooms were spacious and the room was clean and well lit.

There was no trash can, we could have used some more soap in the bathroom but other then that it was a comfy place to stay. The fridge was also rather noisy. I was disappointed the pool wasn't open so we could go swimming.

The motel was close to the expressway, downtown Marshall and Firekeepers Casino. The room was clean with one exception and the property was quiet at night. The hotel staff was quick and courteous.

The room/furniture was dated. One chair was spotted and probably should be removed. The bed was okay. The toilet was small and low to the ground. If you have knee issues, getting up is a challenge.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I paid for the room at 3pm . I went down to my gig in Battle Creek and actually checked in much later. The room at 11:30 p.m. was nice and comfortable. They're a little short on the amenities, I only got a bar of soap, but I never travel without what I need and don't rely on the hotel to have everything. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room which was a nice surprise when I got there so late and I cooked myself breakfast and left. One of the other guys from the band also stayed there, and he felt the same way about his room. I would definitely stay there again.

Short on the amenities, no breakfast but I always come prepared for such things. Most important it was nice and it was ready for me when I got there on a late arrival.

The room was great value, and it was exactly what we needed. Two queen beds, nice and clean, basic (microwave, small fridge, tv, couple of chairs), private bathroom. Staff were pleasant, quick and easy check in and check out. Nice and quiet, and because it was all single floor there was nobody in the room below us to worry about if we were loud walking about (two overexcited kids).

It’s always a shame when there’s no coffee in the room, because it feels like it should just be a motel standard. And there were a few fruit flies around our bathroom sink. Not a huge deal. A few hairs in the shower tub, didn’t bother us as we didn’t use the shower the one night we stayed. Our tv also stopped working the morning of check out, which felt like an automated thing? Annoying because we wanted to put something on for the kids as we got ready to check out.

So QUIET 🤫. . Stayed in more expensive hotels and the were noisy! Slamming doors, being loud/ rude . Housekeeping was great! Straightened up our room and refreshed our towels while we were out. So pleasant to come back to after a 13 hour day.

Floor could have been cleaner. Beds were made up differently so we were unsure whether they were both clean. Sink area had a very metallic smell - the pipes? Door to bathroom was cracked with nail ends sticking out on far side.

I really enjoyed the room it was comfortable extremely clean and the staff was very attentive to all my needs definitely the best place I've ever stayed at. It's the only place I will stay in the future.

Very friendly staff. Motel was mostly quiet in the evening. Toiletries were non-existent, except for two bars of soap. Bed was very comfortable. Good location & value for the cost.

A desk or someplace to use a laptop would have been helpful, & maybe some shampoo.

The house keepers and office staff were outstanding. There is always someone on site 24 hours incase of any issues and they were an absolute to delight.

The staff worked with us even though they were closed when we arrived. The bed was comfortable....
