The room was perfectly fine overall. We didn’t reserve an accessible room, but were assigned one, and it worked well for us. My husband commented several times on how soft the towels were, definitely nicer than the typical rough hotel towels. The hotel was located near a Sweetwater’s Donut Mill, which was a nice bonus. It felt tucked just off the main road, convenient, but not loud or busy.

The overall friendliness of the staff was absolutely wonderful. I felt welcomed every time I walked through the lobby and even by the housekeeping staff!

I came down towards the end of the serving hours, but had difficulty finding a clean table to sit at. Tables appeared to have been wiped with a dirty rag. Overall appearance/cleanliness of the free buffet was substandard in my opinion. I got a pre packaged muffin and coffee and took it to my room...

The decor was nice in the lobby. It was clean the room was OK. The breakfast was really good and fresh. 

I did not like the pool. The color of the ground was black, which caused me not to go into the pool. The Jacuzzi I went in with persuasion, however, was not happy about it. It had a weird smell to the water, and the bottom of the Jacuzzi did not look clean. There was earrings and hair ties and hair. Once I found that I got out and did not go back in the entire time of my stay. I also brought it to the attention of the staff they told me that’s how it was. I stayed at your hotel because of the Jacuzzi, and was extremely disappointed. The water was not even hot enough to relax are muscles could not sit in a relaxed because of all the garbage that was in it, and a weird smell from the water.

We arrived early and the got us checked in right away. Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was clean, comfortable and a good value. This is the forth time we have stayed here and we have never been disappointed.

If I had one complaint they need to check the milk for there breakfast bar. Twice I have gotten cartons that were sour.

This place was right where I needed to be. The amenities were excellent. A microwave in the room, always hot coffee in the lobby, and the breakfast was very good. Had a desk in the room. Good closest and had nice hangers. Wasn't very full so I had room on the front right next to the lobby. Very convenient.

Fan in the shower was noisy

Clean, quiet comfortable room with a great mattress. Staff was super friendly and made our stay enjoyable. We were also pleased with the price compared to other lower rated hotels in the area.

Water pressure was a little low but I can't fault the hotel it is the government mandated water restrictions. Also the bath tub drain didn't drain very well.

Nice, clean hotel. Fresh clean beds. Great amenities and value.

Lighting is always terrible in rooms. Hard to get an opportunity to use the hot tub as kids were all over the entire pool area, screaming and jumping from hot tub to pool. Should have an adults only hot tub time and extend the hours for adults only.

The hot tub and pool area were very neat and clean and we enjoyed a hot tub in the morning. The breakfast was extensive and the staff was very helpful.

The arm that controls the flap in the toilet tank broke but we told the staff and they were going to take care of it. We were able to use it while we stayed in the room.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. They make the stay that much better . The breakfast was amazing and as always the room and facilities were very clean and super comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We will definitely be back.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

Every staff person was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety of items.

Light in the bathroom sink /mirror area was very dim. The sink drained very slowly. Coffee in breakfast area was quite weak.
