The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had used the Hilton App. We asked for an early check in & had picked a room. We were told to check back at a certain time and they would see if the room was ready. When we arrived our room was ready but the hotel staff said there was a ball team next to us and thought we’d prefer a different room. They moved us with no problem which was very much appreciated😊 The hotel was clean and beautiful.

We had the do not disturb sign on the door until 12:30. We thought the cleaning staff would clean the room. When we returned to the room Saturday night, the room was as we left it. The front desk told us that the cleaning crew only cleans in the morning and since they we had the sign on the door, they skipped us. We've never had this problem at other hotels. Other than that, the stay was great.

The front desk attendant was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. The Alloy restaurant had absolutely great food. Every area of the hotel was so clean.

The only negative was the doors on the bathroom in the room. They should close complete for privacy and comfort reasons.

This is right in the heart of Battle Creek. Great if you want to explore, but not too far out of the way. Get the welcome cookie whenever you can, it's nice and warm. Staff are above and beyond kind and helpful. The restaurants have great food as compared to just being mediocre.

This hotel was beautiful. The room was maintained extremely well. It was within walking distance of the restaurants and bars we went to that night.

It said the room was a city view but it didn't look like the city but more of a highway view. But the room itself was wonderful.

Very nice room and pool area. The room was also nice.

Little to no parking, having to park in the parking structure seemed a little bit weird, but that seems to be the only option that was there, so what do you do.

You have to have room key to use elevator to go up. I forgot mine went to someone else's room and could not get back to my room without going back down to lobby to get new key or using the stairs.

Paying additional for parking and not having clear instructions on how to leave with the guest card to get out of parking lot.
