staff attended to my needs on several occasions. the room was much more than I expected. for the price it was underated. I will be returning and hopefully have the same room. I also sent a request for a refund for one day because I had to leave one day early to get back home. I take care of a open heart recoveror who is one week home and having a problem. I liked the staff - all of them. They were kind and responsive. The pillows and bed were comfortable. There was always coffee in the room for the little coffee maker (1 cup at a time). The location was convenient. I could alter the temperature to my preference. The room was very soundproof. It was a good price.

I was told that the outside door was locked and secure. However, that door didn't even close all the way. The tub was "repaired" in a way that the white paint (or repair material - ?) came off during shower and was sitting in the drain. I would like creamer for the in-room coffee vs. the whitener that was there. That stuff is pretty awful. The parking lot was littered with a variety of junk and could have been more picked up (one morning there was a bungee cord that I was glad I didn't drive over). This was a hazard of the area, I think...people were often walking by and must have littered. I did open the window slightly now and then for fresh air for a few moments, but if there had been a screen in the window I would not have used the air conditioning (the weather was perfect!).

This is operated by a family. The sisters at the reception when we checked in were very friendly and kind. We had 13 rooms and the checkin was smooth and swift. The only washing machine and dryer worked perfectly. It’s coin operated and they were able to change us coins. There’s a free ice machine. Close to lots of restaurants. Lots of space for our 56 seater coach to park. Excellent free WiFi.

There was a microwave in the room but it wasn’t working. Nothing else I didn’t like.

Great value. For the cost, you shouldn’t expect much as far as amenities. There are virtually none other than a mini fridge and coffee maker. However, the rooms very clean, were relatively updated, all in working order, and pretty comfortable. The staff was friendly and the price is great. Definitely a good choice for a budget option to just find somewhere clean and basic to stay.

Please put more toilet paper in the rooms. At least 1 full roll.

I still have one more night but this place is clean, accommodating and the beds are comfortable. The front desk was made aware I was a travel nurse. She asked specifically which shift. Wanting to ensure I wouldn’t have to hear the walking around above me, if they put me on the first floor. Very thoughtful and pleasant. I wish I knew about them when I started working in Jan and not the end of my contract.

Was definitely an older motel but in very good condition. Room was clean and smells nice. Bed was very comfortable.

The bed slid away from you if you didn’t sit down squarely. Light frame? Could use a refresh on decor. Not a major issue but felt like a step back to the last century.

They do not give you any time for a late check out, and they don’t serve breakfast other than that everything seemed pretty all right if I do say so myself would stay here again anytime

The people was super nice. They didn't have a free breakfast but Bob Evans is 2 doors down. Its walking distance. The beds were nice and cozy. The tub and shower were good size. Infact I have never seen one as big as they had there. Was very quiet. I have bad knees and I requested a first floor and I got it with no problem.

I liked everything about it.

I had to leave 2 days earlier than planned. I prepaid for the 11th through the 15th. I checked out on the 13th. I am still wondering/waiting for an adjustment to my credit card.

A little dated in its decor. That shouldn't matter. Can't really say anything bad about it. Nothing fancy. But fancy is overrated
