Traveling for my sister’s funeral. Staff was welcoming and accommodating.

Not enough hooks or towel bars in bathroom. As a result, went through more towels than needed because we could not dry them. Common pantry not well stocked. I couldn’t even find a yogurt or milk to take a pill in an emergency.

The spacious rooms were a huge plus. Very functional, it felt like home. The cleanliness was excellent. The clean upon request was a good change that we liked. We were able to refresh our towels and soap when needed, but enjoyed the option of finding our room just the way we left in.

No breakfast.

Staff on check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. Even the other guests were friendly. I loved how my dog was welcome there. That was one of the most important things to me. The hotel was clean and peaceful. I wish I could have stayed another night, I was so comfy there.

The only thing I didn't like were the dingy towels and bed linen. I would still stay again, just bring my own towels next time.

I love how the staff where Exceptionally, nice, and the overall hotel was clean. My room was excellent as well. Also I love the snack room where we were able to get free coffee that morning before leaving. And how clean and decent everything was.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the facility or hotel. Everything went exceptionally good and I had a good night's rest!

I thought the room was very spacious and I liked that they had a full size refrigerator in the room for our dogs food and our beverages. The mirror in the bathroom was the best I have seen in a hotel room.

The heater/air conditioning did not have a fan mode and I need white noise to sleep. The hotel advertises pet friendly, so it would be nice to have a designated dog potty area with trash can and doggy dodo bags.

I planned a stay close to the Expo Center, as I'm unfamiliar with the city. I wanted a comfortable room to return to and clean up in. This stay worked out for us and I would stay here again. I enjoyed the information hub in the front lobby: reminders of date and weather, and interesting daily facts.

Unfortunately there was road construction completely blocking the front entrance road and I had to find back roads in & out rather than my original itinerary of traveling by way of the street in front of the hotel.

I usually like this place and it's always been decent clean but this time they had overbooked I came in late with my special needs child that is in a wheelchair and they had no room for me. I was very upset

Was worried based on the reviews but it was clean and nice. If we had been staying for longer it would have been super nice to use the full size fridge and kitchen, but we were only there for one night. Staff was very friendly as well.

Very clean! Staff was great ! Free laundry was a great amenity! And the price was great ! Definitely if ever close again will not stay anywhere else

We were in town for a memorial service that was at noon on May 6th and were heading back to New Jersey immediately afterwards. We asked the manager if we could use the lobby restrooms to change into our travel clothes. She was so kind and told us she would keep our room opened for us to change into before we headed back to New Jersey. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and we were so appreciative of her kindness!
