My service dog Brady and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were warmly greeted and our check-in was as seamless as could be. Everyone we interacted with at the hotel from that point forward was terrific Our room was exactly as it appeared on Booking.com. We visited during a heat wave so AC was super important - and ours worked flawlessly! Our room was clean, had lots of drawer space and the fridge and microwave worked like a charm. Both the hot water in the shower and water pressure were abundant. Our other absolute must-have is a working ice machine - and this hotel delivered! We also found the grounds safe at night for walking - which is important when you have a 100+ lb dog! We will definitely stay here again - Until next time! Thanks again!

Very clean, with very polite staff. Breakfast was good, with one exception (see negative) A not unpleasant 15 minute walk to the centre of town.

Silly things really, but if rectified, would really make this place stand out: We stayed for 2 nights, and the hot choice at breakfast appeared to have been reheated over and over several times. Smoke alarm in our room worked, but was hanging off wall. We noticed mosquito netting dangling down from a window, frame and all.

Beds were very comfortable and had 4 pillows each. The sheets were new, clean, updated, and without any signs of use. Bathroom was extremely clean and had lots of amenities. The room was spacious and updated. There was a coffee machine in the room, as well as a refrigerator and microwave. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was someone there every time we walked by, regardless of day or time. The breakfast was quite generous: drinks, waffle maker, eggs, chicken, fruit, cereal, yogurt, etc. I was really impressed by the offerings!

The eggs are breakfast were inedible and likely leftovers from a previous day (or two). Plenty of other things to eat, though. It is right off the main street (great location), but it was loud at night.

It's close to the university. We were there for graduation.

The driveway is at an intersection so it's sometimes difficult to get out. Luckily there's a driveway to the back! Use the driveway in the back. Our room had a dresser drawer that didn't stay closed. It leans to the front, so the drawer doesn't stay closed.

Room rate was excellent. Location was great being a few blocks from the center of downtown. Check in was easy and having parking was such a fabulous bonus. Breakfast was normal for the Comfort Inn, not exceptional but good.

I would like to have been able to check-in earlier than the 2pm even thought check-in is listed at 3pm. I had meetings and needed to leave Comfort Inn and return to check-in. I know that at times the hotels are booked up and early check-in is not feasible but the hotel was not busy on this day. Appreciated checking in when I was able too.

The room was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was provided.

The only thing that was not good were the chicken patties offered with breakfast. They were hard to cut/chew and had a freezer burn taste. All the other breakfast choices were wonderful!

Could use some improvement. The tile in the bathroom on the floor was uneven and loose. The bathroom shelves were a little dusty. I’m not used to having the sinks outside of the bathroom

Perfect proximity to K College reunion. Clean room, walkable stairs, affordable, nice staff, good breakfast

The closet door came partially off its track. I could still access my clothes so it wasn't a big problem.

The Location was Really Great, it was near both Western and Kalamazoo.

I would have preferred if it was more clean in the room while I stayed.

I have stayed here many times. The place is clean and has good amenities. The front desk staff is not the most helpful though.

My bathroom door was locked. The front desk clerk basically to just wiggle my key card in the frame to open it. Thought that was unprofessional. They could have sent someone to the room to check it.
