This is the 2nd time I've stayed, and the alarm clock has been previously set. This was the first time that I was actually getting to sleep past 6 a.m., and the alarm woke me from a deep sleep. Needless to say, I never went back to sleep. I couldn't just unplug it, I had to fiddle with the darn thing until I could figure out how to turn off. I was not happy.

Very Clean, good amenities - great place for families with arcade, pool, gathering areas. Restaurant was convenient and good food. I would definitely stay again

My room still had garbage from the previous guests behind the ottoman and a big clump of food or something under one of the beds and what looked to be ketchup all over the wall above the desk

Front desk, maintenance and bar/restaurant personnel were all awesome. Everyone was helpful, smiling and friendly! Close to WMU, stores, restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean!

The pool area is great but there were a lot of unsupervised kiddos in the hot tub and pool during our stay.

Pool area was decent, a bit cold though, not as enjoyable as the Delta pool area up in GRand Rapids many many years ago.

No continental breakfast or even coffee

We liked just about everything. I wish we had more time to spend there.

The only thing I didn’t like about the stay was the bed. It was too soft, and didn’t support my back. I slept on the couch, and was fine.

I was frantic after a 3 hour drive. my daughter who is ill needed to rest, and was skating at 8:30 pm at Wings Event Center. Rachel although new, was so kind to us and worked with housekeeping to get us into our room early. Rachel made extraordinary efforts to be sure our stay was perfect.

The front desk staff were very friendly. The bartender offered helpful suggestions for local eateries. The hotel was quiet.

The entry hallway into our room was dark. There was no light in the closet. This combination made it difficult to see/find clothing, etc. The television did not have the appropriate stations to watch March Madness games.

Clean room and the good location the staff was very nice

Hot tub was not working right it didn't have jets
