I loved that breakfast was served on real china. The scones were delicious.

There seemed to be a hole near our room and there were wooden planks over it. Just made the area look kind of questionable.

I love this hotel and the staff. It always friendly, great location and facilities.

I liked that we had our own private space and were able to bring our dog. There was a terrible snow storm, but the driveway, parking lot, and walkways were always cleared. Our car was even kept snow free. We were so impressed! We will definitely be back.

I leave my wristwatch and new socks and they sent me by fedex next day. I feel very happy because the watch belonged to my father who passed away last year and has a great sentimental value for me.

The room was spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Kevin and Tressa were gracious and very helpful. We will have occasions to be in Kalamazoo again and will certainly plan to stay there.

The exterior of the building was in need of a serious update in some areas. There were signs indicating they are in the process of doing that, however.

Large rooms, customer service was great and breakfast was good.

Buildings are dated but well maintained.

Very friendly staff in a quiet location close to main area were all the shopping centers were.

1. When I got there to check in they hit me with a $250 holding fee which was not on the website or yours.😢 then when I got to my room clean but the sheets and pillow cases were dirty but they brought all new stuff to us when we complained

The air didn't work in our 2nd room.

Nice quite place, breakfast was good.

Bathtub was very slippery.

The check in was sketchy . Kevin was on and the hotel was overbooked. It appeared that he was understaffed and needed to relocate people to a different hotel we waited for one hour to check in
