The room, lobby and breakfast areas were very quiet and nice.

The pool and seating area was very cold and not enjoyable. My boys were disappointed. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was because of the pool.

I came to the hotel for a conference that was in the wings arena. The rooms were very clean. The staff was excellent. They even helped me with my bags! This hotel was nice and quiet, which is hard to find in the Kalamazoo area. The hotel was like a hidden gem. The beds were super comfortable. They had a free, hot breakfast buffet that had waffles!! I also enjoyed using the pool. The staff told me that they were under a new management and you could tell that whoever is running the place really cared about their customers. I will be back in July. Thank you everyone for being so nice.

Staff was on top of things. Never had a problem not finding a staff member. Always got asked how my stay was going.

Residents need to watch their kids despite age. My family and I were there and Sunday breakfast my daughter and I went to try and get breakfast but multiple kids in a group who were unattended, took pretty much every piece of sausage, egg and biscuit. My daughter and I had to go back to the room and wait about half an hour. The juice machine wasn’t working so that’s disappointing that all they had was water and milk. And Sunday no cream cheese for bagels. And no plain bagels.

Conveniently located not far from shopping, dining and entertainment! Area inside and outside well kept. Plenty of parking. Easy access front and back door along with side doors. Front desk staff friendly and courteous, always greeted with Hello’s. Overall a great hotel I will be back!!

This hotel was quite and clean. I liked the donuts and cookies they put out for us.

I loved the comfort and space of the room. I didn’t feel cluttered in the room with all of my stuff.

I hated the thinness of the walls. I felt like I could hear everyone in their rooms from our rooms. I visited with family and friends who had also gotten rooms for our Holiday/Birthday celebration. Kept them awake, but I didn’t have loud neighbors. I hated that when I showered, the lights kept going off and I was not in there long, but it shut off on me about 4 times! It was so frustrating!

We are a family of 5 and stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly! I failed to do more research and didn't realize we were right next to the airport, but we couldn't hear any of them which was great. (Especially since we were the last room on the end.) The location was perfect too! Super close to multiple attractions while we were family vacationing at the local Comic Con.

Our only complaints are our bathroom faucet leaked, the water was hard so the baths were yellow and perhaps invest in painting the bottom of the pool. While it was a decent size and not "gross" it does need a bit of touching up so it looks more appealing.

I liked the room was comfortable. Plenty of towels & wash clothes. Breakfast was okay. Toiletries were plenty.

I would like to have had a couple of chairs that didn't roll. Couldn't find coffee pot for room to make hot water for tea, coffee, or hot cocoa. Didn't have as much variety on the tv as last stay. No eggs for breakfast. Tub dripped & we couldn't shut it off. Remote had no back on it where batteries went.
