Loved the pool, the breakfast, the clean property!

We only had one issue while we were there, the staff was apologetic about it at least. The room next door to us, someone had gotten locked out of. So the maintenance man was out there making horribly loud noises trying to break the door open from 11pm-12am. We have a toddler and she didn’t want to sleep because of all the noise. I understand accidentally getting locked out but they really need to have a back up key or something.

Nice king room w trundle bed. Cozy, quiet, clean. The breakfast was good too. We somehow had the hotub and pool to ourselves which was the reason i booked this hotel! The pool was not freezing. I was able to swim in it and that's saying a lot! The hot tub was hot. Pool closes at 11 and check out is at NOON. Cant beat it.

There was no bottled water in the fridge. The tap water doesnt taste great.

Was nice to finally stay at a hotel that meets all expectations. Nice rooms, can tell its a new hotel.

Not a complaint, but the lack of attention to detail from the builders. Our room, the bathroom sink was crooked, the trim was a hack job , floors were thin, and we could hear people above and below walking, and there was low water pressure in the shower. It's not a complaint on my part. Obviously, this is minor stuff. but good for the owners to see

We stay at Springhill Suites whenever we can because they are newer, clean and very comfortable beds. That is a priority for us. Number two on our list is NO PETS. Thank you for that. We have no problem with service dogs but we cannot stand staying in a room where there have been animals. Thank you for your wonderful hotels! Keep up the good work.

Great location off the highway and secluded as it sits back in a hotel and office park. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Breakfast was included but they were out of most of the food and beverages halfway through the breakfast time.

Easy check in. Very nice staff. Clean and comfortable.

Pool area was just full of wet towels piled up and other debris. Im guessing it had just been very busy and staff hadn’t gotten a chance to clean up yet.

Room was large and well laid out. Very comfortable and clean throughout entire hotel. Hang out/lounge areas were clean and very comfortable.

Noticed at night when everything quieted down how close it is to the freeway. Might help to have a room on the backside of the building.

Location is near to restaurants, shopping area and Catholic Church. You can also do your laundry here for $1.50 per load which is good for long stay.

Breakfast finishes very early at 9am.

Room layout was great, large bathroom and sitting area with desk and several charging stations around the room was convenient

There could be some shades in the pool area when the sun starts to go down it’s miserable blinding in hot tub, kinda not a big deal but not very relaxing

New, clean, well equipped spacious room. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Located right by the highway. Windows have poor insulation. Noisy at night, disturbing sleep.
