Really enjoyed our stay. Room was well appointed and clean. Really like the dual shower heads in the shower. It was my birthday and the staff helped a friend of mine surprise me with a gift waiting in the room and then the Radisson gave me one, too! Very thoughtful and a nice touch. We also received services at Blush Salon which was lovely. I really enjoyed the use of their steam room. And, we had dinner at Brick and Brine which was fantastic. Location is also great if you want to walk to other local restaurants and bars.

Bathroom was a bit tight, but I did appreciate the counterspace and shower size. And, for a King size bed I think there should be more than 4 standard pillows.

First I loved how hospitable all of the the staff were. I was there for a conference. From the moment I entered and went to the front desk all the way until I left and checked out, I really enjoyed my stay. I loved how easy the checkout process was as well. You can check out via text so you don't have to wait in a long line. The hotel is very clean. Whatever I needed they gave me and they will quick to address any concerns I may have had. I truly enjoyed my stay. I will come again and I highly recommend this place. And believe me, I'm very picky as to where I stay.

I liked being so close to everything and restaurants that we didn't have to drive anywhere to go get dinner or breakfast.

The fridge in our room was so tiny you could barley fit anything in there and there was no microwave for reheating leftovers. (Not that you had any space in the fridge to store leftovers anyways)

The entire experience was beyond expectations. There is not one thing we have negative to say. As a family who travels and has experience with hotel stays this was the nicest hotel we have stayed at. We could not get over the amenities as well as the professionalism. Our son still can’t get over the food at the hotel restaurant!

I loved that the pool and hot tub were working perfectly. I loved that the security was high with only allowing you to access your floor. The renovations were great and the room was so clean!

I've always loved the Radisson.

Everything was great, but since we only stayed 1 night, we didn't get to enjoy the many amenities. The price is definitely worth it when you can use the amenities, but when you don't it seems like it can be a bit much just for a room. But I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Kalamazoo.

The ice machine made noise in our room every time it need3d to add water, this should not vibrate through the wall, go listen and see if you would accept that?

I like the location of the hotel. The rooms are very spacious.

The bathroom was way too small!! And disappointed with not having the one restaurant Burdick’s open I didn’t realize until we got there

We got a concierge level room and they had a private lounge with breakfast just for that floor. Brick and brine was amazing for dinner during restaurant week. And old Burdick right next door was a different setting but just as neat. The seats all around the hotel made it interesting to just sit and have conversations. Starbucks in the morning right downstairs too.

I didn't like that the concierge room was smaller even though there was only one bed.

Showers are wrong . We stayed on one of the newly renovated floors . The sliding glass doors for the showers were backwards. Should open from the non water coming down side . And room is small nice but small . Also had to pay for parking garage . They add it in your bill and suppose to be able to exit the garage using your room key S u don’t have to pay again . Ya, that didn’t work .$58 for larking for a 14 hour stay .
