The Days Inn off portage road was very exceptional at meeting my reservation and providing a clean and well managed place to rest for the night. I struggled to get my bags packed and out by the normal check out time but they were very understanding and pleasant to do business with.

The breakfast area is under construction. Understandably there was no breakfast but Im not complaining

My room was AWESOME!

Two things really burnt me up about this trip, 1st there was a deposit due on top of the reservations when I arrived. There was no indication that additional money would be needed to stay until I went to check in. In fact, Booking.com says all taxes and fees are included in price, not true. 2nd, the vending machines were out of order. Normally I wouldn’t put it in my review but the staff knew about the problem and put an ‘out of order’ sign on it facing a wall and out of visible sight. When I asked for a refund, I was told they don’t own the machines.

The staff was very nice talk to you asked if we needed anything!

I didn't like how there was like 20 ppl a few doors down partying and smoking cigarettes and weed last I knew smoking in hotels motels or any public place is illegal! Other then the rude people being loud and someone knocking at my door at 2am from the party didn't answer it but was very disrespectful people partying in the hotel like that and the people that work there are nice and generous and they took advantage of that!!

I love the location, it was easy to get to. Right off the expressway. The hotel was clean and very well taken care of. There was a lot of care going into the keep of this hotel.

Well the improvements I would have made: would to have the parking area plowed a little better , check light bulbs in rooms see if there are any or if needed replaced, and check to make sure walls are clean , especially bathrooms.

Only had coffee. Because of a diet I wouldn't have eaten much anyway. They're doing a good job renovating around customers.

No good restaurants nearby.

The fact that they do keep it clean and My Family felt comfortable during our stay.

The pool is down do to being unsafe conditions at this current time.

The parking lot is HORRIBLE!! I don’t even wanna drive thru there!! I’ve got a flat tire from there a few times, but this time took the cake!! I was alone and had to walk across the street to get a can of fix a flat!! I would think they would offer some help to a single lady who woke up to a FLAT TIRE!

The employees are not very nice!! Well the lady is but the gentleman tht work there or own it are rude as heck!

Check in was easy. Breakfast was a little plain.

Seemed to be a funny smell when we walked into the room. Went away after a little while.

It was quite and wasn't bothered.

Was charged a deposit and still have not received it back. Was told that it would be back back that day of checkout.

Very good bedroom and bathroom. staff is always quite attentive and gentle. Great location as well.
