The overall stay was excellent. Staff was available, kind, and able to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was good, as well. They offered a good variety of Bacon, Sausage, Croissants, Bagels, Cereal, & more. I would say it was slightly better than average, because they offered lots of cold options & only a few hot cooked options (Bacon & Sausage); As a side note, they did have Spinach Quiches which were honestly a huge surprise to see. I believe they served those on Friday Morning.

Our bed was Really stiff. We ended up cutting our 4-night stay short, seeing as we were only a couple hours from home. This truly was our only complaint; our backs couldn't take another night in that bed.

The property is clean and nice and quiet , the front desk girl was very nice and sweet.

I don’t like the fact you have to turn in wash rags and towels to get some new ones it need to be more than 2 rags and 2 towels you cannot use the rag you wash your body with to wash your face thats very nasty. The pool was very dirty it look like it wasn’t clean at all , the place is nice but i feel like if you paying all this money for these you should’ve have enough face rags and towels next time i come i will bring my own wash rags and towels

Checking in was great, service was good, location was fine.

We notice someone had use the bathroom and didn’t flush the toilet. Was hoping to get a coffee in the lounge area but there was nothing made and the nothing was made in the morning as well. Breakfast was not being served until 6:30am that was too late. We wanted to get an early start.

Location was good and in close proximity to hospital. Price was decent.

Breakfast had a lot to be desired- skimpy and most food was prepackaged. It was edible but the Hilton next door to them had a much better breakfast. We stayed there the previous night.

We appreciated that you had oat milk during the breakfast and other plant-based options. We also appreciated your eco-friendly efforts as that is a big part of our decision making process when deciding on a place to stay.

The Pool photo was a little deceptive in the adverting but no big deal.

Furnishings throughout the hotel was modern & nicely done. Beds were comfortable.Kitchen breakfast area very clean & offered many choices.

The area was sparce with very little things to do, some part of town was older & run down.

Hotel was updated, clean and provided a good breakfast.

Guest services upon arrival was hard to determine if the person sitting at the front desk was the receptionist of a facilities/cleanser staff.

The breakfast and the staff were lacking. Breakfast was Poorly stocked and often unattended.

The whole look and feel of the place it was very nice and very clean.

Check out was at noon and they had my door cards disabled when I tried to get back in at 11 am.

room was amazing to very comfy bed, loved the walk in shower.

pool was cold to the point the our young was were shivering the entire time in the pool. Breakfast was a little disappointing to the fact that we actually left the property to get breakfast.
