Everything exceeded expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless, and the amenities rival those of a high-end hotel. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the entire property felt safe, clean, and well cared for.

Honestly, nothing. Every part of my stay was better than expected.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms didn't smell of Marijuana. Something to think about of you're visiting Michigan. It is legal there almost like alcohol. You are not supposed to smoke it in certain places. That for one doesn't stop anyone and two the smell of it stickes to everything. But, if it's your thing. Knock yourself ou.

The breakfast.They had the usual stuff. Scrambled eggs,sausage, bacon, cereal etc. The issue is it was $15 per adult. So we went to one of the many smaller diners around and had a better selection and pretty much paid the same price and didn't have to serve ourselves.

Great staff. Solid breakfast bar (but overpriced) and nice bar area. Rooms were clean and had a fine bed and mattress. Billing was clear with no bad surprises.

The outside of the building was less well kept. The shade in our room was damaged.

Booking.Com sent me a confirmation for my reservation, but DID NOT SEND the confirmation to the hotel! When we arrived at the hotel, it was way past midnight, we were stuck WITHOUT a reservation because the hotel did not receive anything from Booking.Com! Fortunately, there was a room available, we had to make the reservation directly with the hotel, at the hotel's rate instead, which is higher than what I get from Booking.com through my Genius status. This is the second time Booking.com screwed us at two different places, two different times. Not happy with Booking.com!

I stayed one night for my son’s wrestling tournament and although staff was overwhelmed with the number of guests, everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful. Cleaning staff, front desk, dining staff, and bar tender were all so nice!

Pet friendly, quiet, comfortable bed

Technology was updated. No apps like Netflix. Convenient charging block was only on one side of the bed. Should’ve been on both in my opinion.

The hotel was nice and quiet but the server at the little restaurant was excellent! She also had a really cool goat tattoo!! Made our visit especially pleasant! Breakfast was excellent and had lots of variety too!

Wish the parking lot was in better condition and wish the restaurant had more variety for dinner.

Ants were in my room the 1st night/ days. Maintenance wasn't there,ended up going to a store and bought some ant spray.Didn't have anymore problems after that.

Left too early for breakfast. I stayed there because of shuttle to airport and it was close come to find out no shuttle. And had to pay extra!!
