Breakfast was standard, but it was served well, refilled as needed, area kept very clean. Location of motel was near our family, so good for us. Cleaning service was routinely well-done. Thank you!

The doors to the rooms beep when the doors aren't closed completely. They also sometimes beep when the door is opened to leave the room or to look into the hall. When I called to tell the office about this, the reply was that they beep when the door isn't completely closed. Our door (room 204) also sometimes beeped when it was simply opened. This can be annoying to other guests. Please try to figure out what is going on and fix if you can. Thanks!

The hotel was clean and nicely maintained. I loved having a well balanced meal available especially one I didn’t have to prepare myself! The staff members were all very considerate and friendly. Per the price point it’s by far the best hotel in the area that I have been to. Nice large TVs.

No pets allowed, which has it’s benefits and drawbacks. Other than that pretty perfect.

The Staff was so nice. The room was very clean. Location was great.

Breakfast was till 9am. When we got down there at 8:30, everything was gone except cereal. No hot stuff. They do not clean off tables at all till 9am. So the selection was not good, we ate elsewhere. That was the only downfall. We would stay again though.

Close to hwy. We were initially freaked out by sketchy driveway and weed smokers in lot. Hotel is a little older. But our room was spotless super clean. Employees clearly take pride in their work. Beds were really comfy

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Wonderful selection of food for a continental breakfast. Highly recommend. Good value for the price. I will return. Nice place for the family to stay.

My only complaint is the location. If you have an even numbered room you are exposed to an extremely busy road and expressway that are always noisy.

It was surprisingly quiet for the location. Solid little hotel for anyone that needs to relax comfortably near Kzoo airport. And right across the road is an amazing pinball pub! Good beds and one of the better breakfast bars i've seen. The best part was the amazing shower. Highly reccomended for business travelers, couples, and single travelers. It's good for families too, but don't expect an overly large pool.

Nothing to complain about really. I like that it's a bit of a hidden gem.

The breakfest was ready ever morning on time,it was delicious!!! Staff always greeted me with a smile. They cleaned room everyday. The pool was clean and relaxing . I had to stay longer then the six night, had no problems adding couple more days

The staff was attentive and the facility was clean.

The place was a little dated. You can hear the noises from other rooms. The head boards made noise when you moved, and you could hear that from the other room also. You can hear people walking over your head. The drawers in the room kept opening from the vibration of you walking pass them

The location was good, The Property is a good value, The breakfast was an important part of our decision to stay there. The breakfast was very good and well stocked.

The current construction caused extra time and worry. The Property is not competitive with the best available. Consider adding fresh scrambled eggs and bacon to the menu/buffet.
