Front desk, maintenance and bar/restaurant personnel were all awesome. Everyone was helpful, smiling and friendly! Close to WMU, stores, restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean!

The pool area is great but there were a lot of unsupervised kiddos in the hot tub and pool during our stay.

My room still had garbage from the previous guests behind the ottoman and a big clump of food or something under one of the beds and what looked to be ketchup all over the wall above the desk

I was frantic after a 3 hour drive. my daughter who is ill needed to rest, and was skating at 8:30 pm at Wings Event Center. Rachel although new, was so kind to us and worked with housekeeping to get us into our room early. Rachel made extraordinary efforts to be sure our stay was perfect.

We liked just about everything. I wish we had more time to spend there.

The only thing I didn’t like about the stay was the bed. It was too soft, and didn’t support my back. I slept on the couch, and was fine.

Pool area was decent, a bit cold though, not as enjoyable as the Delta pool area up in GRand Rapids many many years ago.

The front desk staff were very friendly. The bartender offered helpful suggestions for local eateries. The hotel was quiet.

The entry hallway into our room was dark. There was no light in the closet. This combination made it difficult to see/find clothing, etc. The television did not have the appropriate stations to watch March Madness games.

The property itself was easy to find, and my arrival was on a very dark night with a steady downpour of rain. It’s back away from the main road enough that the room was still quiet. The facilities were clean, the room was pleasant, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was friendly and check-in/out process was quick. Overall a delightful experience.

The only thing that cramped our style was the early shut down time of the common area around the pool. I understand that the pool has to have a shut down period. We had a late dinner, being delivered, and would have loved a little more time in the common area to socialize as a group. 10:30 on a Saturday evening seems a little early to shut the "common" area down but it probably wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

It was quiet and exactly what we were looking for for getting away for the night. The staff was pleasant and easy to work with. I plan on coming back again!
