Because the front desk clerk Jay is very proficient in her work, I have great trust in this hotel. So when I return, I would rather drive an extra hour to stay here again. The hotel is located near the highway and is also very quiet. The hygiene meets the hotel's standard, and I am very satisfied. However, I found that the reviews are not very high. I think it is underestimated. In fact, whether it is hygiene or other aspects, this hotel is very good.

Everything. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff treated me with respect and kindness every day. I felt safe the entire time, which means more to me than I can express. The front desk team was professional and helpful, and I didn’t feel like just another booking—I felt like a guest.

Honestly, nothing. This place exceeded my expectations and restored some trust in budget lodging.

That the staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated one of the desk lady's helping me haul my stroller up stairs when I first checked in. And also that she got me into another room fairly quickly when my original room wasn't cleaned.

That the elevator didn't work and I was on the 4th floor and had a 4yr old with me. The toilet is slow when you flush and the sink drains slow.

Was here a couple weeks ago really seen unorganized was back in town gave it one more shot the guy up front look professional active professional explain to me that they were going through changes like I said I was here too weeks ago seem to be a lot better atmosphere this time around employees seem happy breakfast was good

The elevator could have worked but that's nobody's fault

They have an employee who worked the front desk on Thanksgiving who was the best! If you need any assistance with checking in or finding what’s going on in Kalamazoo Pearl is your go to!

Money needs to be spent on linens, bed & bath. More effort in cleaning. I checked in and immediately cleaned the bathroom.

The room was clean and comfortable.

We were not able to go to breakfast because they were remodeling. we should have been notified ahead of time. It cost us another $20 to eat at a restaurant. One of the reasons we chose this hotel is that they offered breakfast.

The room was awesome! They had to upgrade me to a business suite because no regular queen rooms were clean or avaliable!

The elevator was broke and I was on the 4th floor 😑🫤! And the other outer door key readers didn't work so I had to walk all the way to the main entrance every time!

Felt very safe and welcoming

Elevator scares me with all of its noises and squeaks. Our sheets had burns on them and yellow spots. Toilet seat was not attached right. Other than that it was a very nice place

The staff was friendly, and helpful. The room was very comfortable, and clean. The chair in there was really helpful on my back. The shower was amazing, and they actually had stuff in there to wash up with, and towels.

The elevator was out, and walking up to the fourth floor was very tiring

The price location staff was good .

The wifi wasn't that good. Had to switch rooms cause of smell and floors didn't seem like they got cleaned right. And ice machine worked one time.
